I also have two little questions. What brand is the giant white laferrari, and where do you get all those 1/18 from cause I saw some rare and hard to get ones in there.
+Josh Nuestro The white Laferrari is actually RC (by Maisto) Most of my 1/18 are from Germany stores ck-modelcars.de or modelissimo.de or I buy them on ebay if I cant get them from those stores ;)
Really the white laferrari looked really good. So now its a nice looking car and apparently its able to drive. And im going to go check out those websites. Thank you very much.

2:38 nice shoes brother!. i love diecast cars, specially vintage models, can't wait until my kids are old enough to stop messing up my stuff so i can start hunting. i just got less than 25 cars , i display them under my bed and garage, many beautiful ones out there to buy but i got no place to hide them from my children invasion. your collection is really nice, i love those cars. thanks for your time sharing their beauty.
I found myself at the age of 22 doing the same thing, although I was buying models of cars I really liked and tried to go for higher end ones like CMC, GMP etc. I quickly found myself overflowing and with that also the feeling that I can’t possibly appreciate all of them at the same time. So I decided to sell off the collection and only leave few models that I really like. I bought BBR leather display cases, model badges and plagues and currently have two CMC 1/18 Porsche 901 in beige and green colours, one CMC 1/18 Ferrari 312P coupe and I have an incoming 1/12 Kyosho Lamborghini Countach LP400 in orange that I wanted for so long now. I wish CMC made a countach as well. I display my models scattered in nice spots throughout my room, like one next to my desk, one on the shelf behind and another one on the shelf on the opposite side. This way whenever I pass by, I stop and appreciate the beauty of the build and the model itself. I feel not having a huge collection is actually much better because your eyes naturally stop on only one model as opposed to having to take in all collection at once. I don’t know if that makes sense but when I had a huge collection of cars, even CMC models I was stacking them up one on top each other one and the beauty of individual models was obscured by this stacked up “mess”. You do have an impressive collection none the less. I’m hoping when my 1/12 Lamborghini Countach arrives I will buy a 1/12 leather display case and put it on a coffee table in my living room so it is a centre piece there by itself
Not having a huge collection is actually better in so many ways. First is obviously money, as addictive as collecting is your wallet will always bleed, also, having a goal of no more of 10 cars (for example) really makes you think which ones are the cars you really really like the most. Of course, if I had the luxury of having a huge house and I could dedicate one room for collectibles I would probably do it. Nothing like having your own museum in the comfort of your own home.

Just one more comment re the IKEA glass cabinets I noticed how you fitted the extra shelves I did the same on my first 3 cabinets. Great minds think alike!! .With the next 5 before assembling them I welded metal rods onto the shelf frames . Sprayed them with a similar colour and now they more or less look part of the original cabinet. I have assembled them in a large 1 piece cabinet of 8 (four on each side) A base and a header hold them together and if I do say so myself it looks pretty cool. I know self praise is no praise but they do look good as 1 unit Just remember the collector who dies with the biggest collection wins

I've replayed this vid about three times already and still can't believe what I'm seeing... I'm currently saving money for the Minichamps Porsche 918 Spyder model! What do you think of that model, I see you have one.
I have watched plenty of diecast collections on TH-cam and this is by far the best EVER and I doubt anyone would state otherwise. I'm a big fan of the 1:8 Pochers you have and also have those in my collection. You ever consider buying the 1:8 eaglemoss db5 bond car? It's a beauty and one of my favs in my collection along with my 1:6 highway 61 vette. I have watched this video about 5 times because I don't want to miss anything. Awesome lay out and I see your pride. It's made my evening and I'm curious as to what your top 5 models are in your collection and what are your next 5 you are looking to acquire. I noticed on eBay they have a 1:6 vette currently up for auction. Rare to see those for sale.

I bought it on ebay for just 280$ and I remember two years ago when I was in Maranello in Italy where I was testing Ferrari 458 speciale and I saw that model for 1700$ ;)

Hi, do you have any tips for starting a collection? I have a small amount of 1/64s, although they are relatively pricey, a few 1/43s and a 1/18. I would rather collect 1/18 for the variety, but I don’t want to break the bank. Any help is appreciated.
Do you know where I can get a sturdy display cabinet for 1/8 scale cars? I have a few I built they are heavy but need to find something strong enough to house them
@@SCDC-Channel I started with AutoArt a year ago, got to know CMC and then sold everything from AutoArt. In the meantime, I am 14 CMCs further. Indeed pricey, but they really catch the eye among other models. Nice hobby but an expensive microbe. 😉 Thank you for sharing your collection.👍🏼

Ferraris are from ixo models ;) I recommend you to buy what you like I have a lot of brands from Hot Wheels to Tamiya and AutoArt ;)

I would say collect what you like and dont worry about the scale..I buy only what I think is good price and only what I like no matter the scale ;)
