One important detail for Pain in the Backside, it doesn't destroy the dagger so now it becomes a free mark if opponent don't respect it :)
Now that's something pretty big I missed, started reading and just went ah another flick effect. So not only can you use it to get around prevention but maintaining the daggers is huge.
I hate kissing death. I don't feel what should exist as a card because they Are using keywords to give a card access to two different stove? Piped damage dealing methods that I don't think are balanced against each other, namely weapon attacks, skills and attack actions
It's definitely a curiosity, I don't think its right for assassin but I'd love to see it handled in warrior, making them below average stat-ed attacks that then synergies with warriors main mechanic of weapon a-reacts would be a cool tool to go a little wider every now and then.
But for assassin yeah idk, the issue that comes to mind is assassin is kinda half baked. We had mill but then the issue became milling primarily the deck wasn't enough payoff due to not really having an immediate impact, so we got Nuu. Then stealth as literally an open ended keyword so then it became how to effectively tie it all together. Now we got a dagger focused set but again daggers aren't really quite the same for assassin. So here we are another new idea. Overall assassin kinda seems like the testing ground and workshop for mechanics that would be more broken in other classes. The biggest issue that will eventuate from it is the Flick ruling to double dip on on-hit buffs. That's a headache waiting to happen.
