  • Chef and restaurateur Sandy Daza whips up two tasty and juicy char-grilled dishes perfect for two occasions - the third season finale of "Casa Daza" and his birthday. He starts off with his version of the chunky and smoky pork chops barbecue. Turo and Danielle Daza then join their dad at the grilling area to help him prepare the authentic Bacolod chicken inasal. Finally, the three enjoy the stunning sunset at the beach while indulging in the phenomenal Pinoy favorites.

Chef you always mention lemon soft drinks in some your recipes. I wonder if you are referring to a Sprite soda?

I always lived the Dazas! Started with their mother, Nora, I used to watch their Satuday cooking show till Sandy, and the other two sisters took over. I had the chance to have a little chat with Ms Nina- very graciosa! More power to your clan!

The spices, might as well not mention secret recipe, it defies rhe purpose of sharing dishes if you wouldnt be honest of its true recipe or maybe might as well never mention the word secret recipe

@@noside8469 I totally agree. This shows lack of confidence in his ability as a chef. It’s not only the recipe that makes a dish, it’s also the technique that lends different flavors to each recipe.
