Thanks again for another very informative TH-cam. I have a question about a Catalina 22 that is only in the water for the day of sailing and then removed and trailered home. Once home, I wash it. Do I need to add any of the special bottom paints? (It will see 75% ocean water and 25% fresh in a year).
Fresh water; no antifouling needed, this VC 17 is like teflon, will increase performance. Salt water; if left in the water for more than a week will need extra cleaning, antifouling needed if in the water for more than a couple weeks. That Sovereign 28 is in the Hudson River, 35 miles from NY Harbor and in 6 months, what a mess!

using those blocks as cribbage is extremely unsafe they only get their strength once filled with concrete and rebar
Concrete blocks can support far more weight than a Catalina 22 even empty.
