- In this video I show you a day in the life of our homeschool during our summer break. We continue homeschooling, but we like to slow down and enjoy simple living. This is a chatty video about life, encouragement, and homeschool. Thanks for watching!

I love seeing what your typical summer days look like! Summertime is definitely our family’s favorite time of year here in Colorado. And we savor every minute of it. 🩷 thanks for all the homeschool encouragement! Oh wow you have a beautiful yard!
God bless you and your sweet family ☺️
Thank you friend! ❤️
Love your voice, so calm and the music you picked! I found a new recipe for homemade bagels, going to have them with cream cheese & strawberry jam tomorrow morning.
That sounds amazing too! ❤️
Yes, I agree that your voice is calming along with the music.
@@joycehampton4656 thank you to both of you! 😊
More of this content please!
Thank you for the encouragement! ❤️
@@littlebitsofbliss absolutely! I’m a recent subscriber and I absolutely look forward to your curriculum review videos but it was really nice to get a sneak peek into a typical diyl. I also ordered the slow productivity book you talked about.
@@thereynoldstribe540 welcome! So glad to hear! ❤️
My daughter is super social and I often feel guilty because she longs for close friendships; I feel like I'm never doing enough and I often ask myself if i'm doing the right thing by Homeschooling (is it for me or her?) I defitely make it a point to try to get her out as much as I can.
I lean towards being a home-body, but I do my best to help my children make connections with others children and bring them to get togethers and play dates! It’s all worth it! 😊
I love this video. I wish I could just talk to you in person. Grandma here , homeschooling one granddaughter age 9. Her parents are blind and they live about 5 minutes from me. I am gone most of the day. I am attempting a CM method and this is our first week. It is taking longer than I would like. I am frustrated and feel like something is off. Too much to out here. I am discouraged.
Don’t be discouraged! We all have those days when we feel we aren’t doing enough or not a good job! In my experience, when we intentionally teach our children one on one, with our heart in it, and wanting the best for them, we are doing just fine! Children learn and progress at different speeds! Don’t compare yourself to anyone else!
Also, the first few weeks can feel the hardest when trying something new, but you’ll find your rhythm! ❤️

I love that idea! Thanks for the tip! 😃
Hi there,
Is This ifor canadian curriculum?
I am Canadian, but we mostly use American curriculum. I do incorporate things like Canadian history, but we also study world history as well. Otherwise, nothing Canadian specific! 😁
