Do you mean you’re departing from India? This service are for passengers who lives in Abu dhabi and Al ain that has flights from Emirates departing/arriving in dubai.
I have flight from dubai , i am living in Abu dhabi, they provide this service to me? even if bus isnt mentioned in my ticket.. i buy Emirates economy ticket
@@zainhassan1225 reach out on their Emirates fb messenger and tell them you want to avail the bus service. They respond quite quick, they will issue another ticket that will include the bus service. This is how I got mine. When you’re coming from Abu dhabi to Dubai they will put you on the list. Keep your boarding pass when you land in Dubai as they won’t have a list coming back to Abu Dhabi but they will ask for your boarding pass. It’s not busy when we used the service. Not even 10 people on the bus.
