When we scuttled our Naval Shipyards and decided privation is better, it was a huge mistake. Long Beach Naval Shipyard and her drydocks were torn down and given to the City of Long Beach when, in turn, sold and leased the docks to the Chinese for container terminals.

They should rename it the USS Never Deploy! What a joke! Any way sell the LCS to Mexico! Let me guess? They aren't dumb enough to buy a little crappy ship!
There is so much more to be told! A DDG in DRYDOCK? For an electronics warfare system upgrade? That can be done pier side! What's really going on?
