Toya is such an underrated character. Love him. He is so selfless and it is always about Sakura and her powers. Honetsly, I wouldn't mind to see more of him and HIS powers.
I had never really noticed the details, but even when I was younger, I thought it quite curious all the times they touched each other, how protective Touya is over Yukito/Yue, it just made me feel like there's more than just friendship... But nothing that upsets me, Sakura Card Captors has an amazing story and amazing characters, so I think that the sexual orientation of the characters shouldn't be a such a huge problem and shouldn't affect so many people... And that's not the first time I see this kind of love in animes and mangás... :)

They censored it in Card Captors. Card Captors was the American version of the show Cardcaptor Sakura. Cardcaptors is not the dub. They censored it because it was the 90s, and they didn't want to show a gay couple on screen.
