- Howdy guys! Welcome back to my channel. Today is wash day - the last wash day of 2020, how exciting - I’m having a deep conditioner off with the Aunt Jackie’s Rescued! Thirst Quenching Recovery Conditioner and the Aunt Jackie’s In Control Moisturising And Softening Conditioner. Aunt Jackie’s was one of my favourite hair brand discoveries of 2020 so I wanted to test two of their deep conditioners to see which one worked better for my natural 4C hair. In this video I’m also talking about some major (but kind of lofty) hair goals for 2020, sharing pics from when I used to wear braids and more, so be sure to watch the full video!

Just did the same today. Both made my hair feel soft but in control is my fav hands down. In control provided more shine and was easier for my hair to absorb.

Rescued is a deep conditioner, and In Control is a conditioner. What I would’ve done the in control as conditioner and then Rescued as a deep conditioner.
no way! i had no idea. i'd just assumed that both were deep conditioners 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ but now that you mention it, that makes a lot of sense and explains why they felt so different on my hair. i'm going to try your suggestion and see how it feels on my hair. thank you sharing 🤗🤗🤗
@@byalicexo you are so welcome, hun. Btw, do you know your hair’s porosity? Don’t remember if you mentioned it, but if your hair is low porosity, your hair is protein sensitive. So be careful with products that have that in the first 5 ingredients. Also, stay on top of your wash routine, you have beautiful hair☺️
@@sonyaartis4515 i did a porosity test a while ago but i can't remember what the results were. thanks for this advice! 🤗🤗🤗 i'll do the test again and if it's low porosity i'll make sure to be wary of protein. and thank you! i'm trying really hard to stay on top of my wash routine these days, so hopefully, i'll see some big changes soon 🥰🥰🥰
