    Love your cooking. I just want to point out that those peppers are not scotch bonnet known for its flavor more than its heat. Those peppers you are using looks like habarenos that has no flavor which are not to be confused with scotch bonnets. You will only find scotch bonnets at west Indian markets

      art bird sorry to burst your bubble, but those are scotch bonnets. Im not familiar with habanero peppers as i don’t cook with them. These are scotch bonnet peppers purchased in a west indian market. Thanks for supporting my content!
