How about (1) trying bakes with whole wheat flour fried and (2) making bakes with whole wheat flour baked in the oven. Wow! This look delish, growing up when my grandma made this soup she would boil the fish first for a bit then strain the fish out before adding any of the food to cook, and now that’s how I do it to make sure bones get in the food. Thanks for the defrosting tip. Also, my dad think reheating soup in the microwave is an abomination, lol, so I never do😬

I never knew celery until I went to Toronto, and even going back to Jamaica I NEVER saw any Jamaican cooking with celery. This is your idea of what Jamaican Fish Tea is. Definitely not Jamaican imagine the people chewing on the garlic.
