Awesome Interview Man!!! Micheal Giacchino is one of My Favorite Composers of all time He also did a Great job with Werewolf By Night, And it's awesome that His Son is a Composer too! I Love how Supportive of Him He is. I Can't Wait to Hear more of both of their Scores in The Future!!!
Great interview man! Absolutely love what Matt Reeves is doing with The Batman universe and both the Giacchinos have been instrumental to that (pun intended)
It's really cool to see someone so young be composing music professionally, even if he has an obvious advantage. I couldn't find his age any where but he seems to be around my age (24). Probably a couple years older. I will watch his career with great interest!
I love these types of interviews! Like you, I was introduced to Michael Giacchino's work on LOST and have been a fan ever since. I haven't seen The Penguin yet, so I had no idea Mick composed the score for it! And I cannot wait to hear more of Michael's music for Fantastic Four. Wonderful interview, man. So many great tidbits and insights!
Thanks man. We definitely have that in common. I could’ve gone all day just talking about the music of LOST! Glad you enjoyed this one. Thanks for always supporting!!
This was great for me for movies and shows it's always been about caring for characters soundtrack/theme znd then overall story and soundtrack/theme leads into the overall scope of the story great interview I loved it
@@BrandonDavisBD I’m currently in college studying journalism hoping to be able to do what you are doing. Thank you for setting the standards for what I want to do in life. It’s a long process and it will always work out in the end, don’t lose hope, you are absolutely killing it. People need hope.
I appreciate that. Informative interviews aren’t often hugely watched pieces of content or sources of growth, unless you’re like a freakishly good at them as Kevin McCarthy for example, but I really enjoy them and getting an opportunity to share the insights online.

I can't wait to see how far Mick goes. He's got massive potential since he's starting a project as big as The Penguin so early.

I first heard Michael's work on Medal of Honor for the PS1. He's only gone from strength to strength since. Incredible composer.

Interview interview BD. loved the format and loved how you gave them an equal footing.
I made it a point in my prep to have as many questions written down for Mick as I did for Michael. They’re both awesome.
@BrandonDavisBD dang it was supposed to say *Incredible interview. Yup, it really showed. Hope to have more conversations like this in the future.

You can see Giacchino being very proud of him. Can’t wait to see The Peguin only heard positive things from people who watched it
FANTASTIC FOUR!!!!

Fun fact: michael giacchino did the score for tomorrowland, so it makes sense as to why it sounds like you're in tomorrowland
