This song really moved me more than you can know. I've recently been through some tough emotional family stuff and also my first heartbreak (always a good one) and was listening to Fuzzybrain in the car when this song came on. I stopped the car, played it again, and then in just stepped out of my car and started walking through the nearest woods for about an hour with this song on repeat. The drums, vocal delivery, and above all, the lyrics, really got to me in a way that only a few songs in my life have (Wednesday Morning 3am, A Day in the Life, Waterloo Sunset). It's been a couple months since that time, and I think I can feel the change finally coming around. Much love from Alabama

i listened to this song on the drive home after my winter concert this year cause i realized it would be the last big winter concert with my primary group of friends throughout high school because i was a junior and they are seniors and i cried so hard but it felt so good at the same time :’)
I had a similar experience last year, I was a junior and all of my friends were graduating and we all had one last day before school started again to be together. I still miss them so much
This song instantly gives me that melancholy vibe. I listened to this song a lot in the fall/winter, so every time I think/listen to this song I think about time before COVID, and how different my life is now
