- The plaintiff says she and her two kids are about to be homeless because the defendant, her aunt, illegally evicted her and dumped all her belongings in the driveway. She’s suing for hotel costs and emotional distress. The defendant argues the plaintiff is a drug addict and refused to pay rent. She is countersuing for hotel costs and emotional distress.

I said it once, I’ll say it again, family members can be the most toxic/evil people closest to us. The Aunt was pure evil and had the nerve to smile/laugh during the whole case.

I think it’s one from the cruelest things to do when they stoop to telling adopted kids (or kids whos parents don’t really claim them) that they aren’t a part of their family. And that’s IF it’s even true cuz it sounded like she said it to be vindictive. Only a horrible person would seek to make someone feel unloved, unwanted, alone, and isolated. She’s despicable. I’ve seen a couple of ppl on this show do that.
Judge Mathis did a good job putting her in her place. Justice done. She was ugly and the judge wouldn’t have any of it. Nothing worse than a nasty mouth smearing and hurting people. He saw right through her lies and evil.

I feel for Keisha. While I don't have kids, I was placed into foster care when my mom was ill and my mom's oldest sister didn't take us in when we were homeless (and my mother put her as an emergency contact in the event something bad happened). When she (my aunt) died, I felt no sorrow and it was no love lost. I told my sister that if she and her kids ever needed a place to stay, they are more than welcome with me.
