That Pavillion and house was designed by a student of Mies Van Der Roh, a world famous architect who designed in the style of “International Architecture”, and thus, his student followed in his footsteps. Since your video, a lower large basement level has been added under the gravel driveway, with the new owners paying careful attention to maintain the original look of the house. On a personal note, the “Pavilion” is actually the influence for my own personal house’s design.

It's actually not as remote as it looks though. It is a wooded neighborhood yes, but packed in area of all half acre lots.
