Adding Annemarie to the RHOBH cast was a terrible casting decision because she is as intolerable as Diana was. She is weaponising a medical condition to try and take down Sutton which is unprofessional, unacceptable and disgraceful.

Anne Marie - being a nurse doesn't mean you're a doctor. Sutton has a legitimate condition: "A benign esophageal stricture" is a narrowing of the esophagus, or food pipe, which is the tube that runs from the throat to the stomach. Benign means that it is noncancerous. The main symptoms include: difficulty swallowing. food coming back up the throat from the stomach.

ER NP here I've seen tons of patients with esophageal strictures that get food stuck that we need to push down or use other interventions first like glucagon.

@@atig478l23nonetheless, a medical professional much like a legal professional needs to publicly uphold certain characteristics and a level of tact when it comes to discussing personal issues that involve their own professions. She could and should still be reprimanded, as many contracts include a reputational clause and she for sure has impacted the reputation of whatever facility or Dr that she works under. Imagine if patients suffering with the same issue hear this? Oh yeah, her employer would cut their losses for sure, it’s not worth the headache, especially when she is spreading misinformation. It’s easier to find a replacement anaesthetist than have a load of paying patients go elsewhere because of one obnoxious dummy. On top of that, she has displayed little knowledge of airway obstruction when she as an anaesthetist should be aware of this. If nothing else it shows that she is subpar and needs retraining and educating, I’m surprised their has been no malpractice accusations, if her employer are smart they will take action to avoid this ever happening

As a Doctor of Nursing Practice myself, I hope that people don’t associate Annemarie with the nursing profession or even for nurses who have advanced degrees. Her constant attack on Sutton’s health condition is not part of our code of ethics or how you treat a patient or anyone for that matter. This was not the best choice for casting at all and not a great reflection of our field.
This, I’m a nurse and physicians associate and I hate that she’s representing nurses and nurses with advanced practice degrees. Discrediting us all, I’d never talk about someone’s medical condition in this way. Hell I don’t even want to talk work outside of work 😅

I want Annemarie to be quiet. At this point , I don’t believe she is in the medical field at all. There is a serious situation where the esophagus narrows, called esophageal stricture and it’s difficult to swallow. It can be caused by several different underlying diseases. It’s serious and people can choke on their food, it can cause breathing issues if food gets stuck and regurgitation of food into the lungs , causing pneumonia. My mother in law had it and often they go in and stretch the esophagus. You dilate the esophagus with a balloon or place a stent in it. She needs to stop talking and at a memorial for someone who passed. It’s disgusting. Let her be a one and done.

8.5 needs to not come back, as someone who works in health care she should know better than anyone that healthcare is private and she shouldn't be giving her opinion without proper tests and info. Kyle absolutely implied it as an ED, considering Kyle actually had one she should be ashamed! You wouldn't tell someone with diabetes or a gluten intolerance that they push their food around. Annemarie really shot herself in the foot with this narrative. Now she’s trying to deflect it to Kyle and put it on her. I don’t see her lasting much longer in this group. It’s really rubbing everyone the wrong way and I don’t think she sees that.

I don't think the surgeon who has an entire wing in the hospital who specializes in this type of surgery would appreciate her conversation. Anne Marie is dangerous. It's so wrong to give wrong advice in this type of show.
I really hope that Annemarie’s healthcare coworkers/contemporaries see her behavior and educate her on how to better handle - not saying she should be fired but I feel like there should be repercussions for blabbing about medical conditions unwarranted.

Dorit needs to give her husband a break or she will drive a wedge in their marriage. High maintenance (pre home invasion) was starting. I like Dorit I just think needs to appreciate PK more and how he shows up for her.
