The green color sticky rice that the Vietnamese call it Cốm, is a delicacy of rice, it harvested when the sweet rice still not mature, therefore the grains are not hard, it has green color very fragrant and sweet. Every times I visited VN, Cốm is a must food that i have to try. However, there are some bad people, who make Cốm the wrong way to maximize their profits, they used matured sweet rice grains , cooked it then color it , and flatten the grains so that its look like Cốm, but without the taste and fragrance of the real cốm.

In my country Philippines 🇵🇭 we make this too we call it Duman. It is delicious. We eat us as a snack just like that or we also put it in hot chocolate. And also we put it in cold coconut milk with sugar and ice. And we make it with coconut milk and sugar rice cake
