what amazes me is for people who buy it only price counts that is cheap so they buy it and nothing else, if it breaks in half they don't care because they baught it "cheap" where is the logic here? So I can build a mototrbike with the straw and sell it for 3 $ so people will buy it because it is extremelly cheap right?
That is not always the case in a lot of people's case such as myself I cannot afford to go spend $3,035 on a used Japanese bike whereas in I picked up my bike for $1,100 with 8 miles on it I have put probably $300 into it I bought the bike and that's counting registration and everything else and I've had the bike for a few years of enjoyment and riding with my kids and riding on the road on trails on tracks everything else so I'm what 1500 over 3 years of use whereas in just to get a bike like you're describing you're going to be at 3,000 just to get the bike not knowing what kind of problems it might actually have. So it amazes me that people think just because it cost more makes it better.
@@HARTLINE310 I don't say if it costs more is better but I have a problem with the Chinese quality that's all. If not this issue and the bike would be perfect probably everybody would buy it! I usuelly check the opinions about the bike and ask owners etc. I understand if you don't have more money but you want to ride a motorbike it is ok ! It is not magic! Of course if I wanted to use it for couple of months (like some people buy a trotinette for fun, they use it for 3 months and leave it in their garage) is ok I understand. What really annoys me is that that is not built in the US or Europe I would be so happy if i could buy a motorbike for 1100 $ but made in my country for example ! And have spare parts in a factory round the corner and not in China :/
For the price and just wanting to mess around a Honda is way more expensive. Plus repairs I can get brand new parts for pennies of parts on a Honda. I have a couple Hondas plus a couple Suzuki's and a Kawasaki and a couple china bikes. They all have there benefit's and draw backs.
Anyone can buy a used Japanese 250 dual sport, and you'll have a far superior bike, fuel injected or not. They're built to a higher standard, and they last for years. No matter what country it's from. These are made to ride, have fun.
what amazes me is for people who buy it only price counts that is cheap so they buy it and nothing else, if it breaks in half they don't care because they baught it "cheap" where is the logic here?
But in this case the price wouldn't be like 1100 but at least 4000 $. I usuelly check the opinions about the bike and ask owners etc. I understand if you don't have more money but you want to ride a motorbike it is ok ! It is not magic! If something costs 4 times less than it supposed to there is a problem somewhere. And I understand when people buy small things for 1 $ from China , it is so cheap that even if it breaks yo won't be crying but 1100 $ is not nothing...
@@grzesiek1x a lot of people have thought the same way about these bikes and if you go do your research on TH-cam and watch a lot of different videos and people purposely trying to destroy these bikes they are well worth $1,100 or $1,500
@@HARTLINE310 your video is enough for me and i know what i can expect from this bike but my point is just I would just try to save more money and buy a Honda bike etc. than be always worried about something not working because anyway it is not miracle for 1100 $ you get what you pay for.
Imagine! It would be wonderful! Even not saying about jobs and economy...
So basically you gotta rebuild the bike at 2700 miles 😆 Damn. Sorry man
Nope. I'm over 4500 now and still runs strong
Looks like a honda would be a much better choice
For the price and just wanting to mess around a Honda is way more expensive. Plus repairs I can get brand new parts for pennies of parts on a Honda. I have a couple Hondas plus a couple Suzuki's and a Kawasaki and a couple china bikes. They all have there benefit's and draw backs.
Anyone can buy a used Japanese 250 dual sport, and you'll have a far superior bike, fuel injected or not. They're built to a higher standard, and they last for years. You get what you pay for, and China can crank out crappy copies, since it works for their part of the world, but they can't touch the quality of Japanese bikes that have been well made for decades.
Dunno, give it 20 years and they will catch up. Quality of these Chinese bikes are going up.
27000 mile XR125 runs like a dream. Thats because they used metal rather than butter.
Awe are you mad I paid way less and run My bike just as much?
Intresting ...how people exclusively associate the cost of purchase with the inate quality of product.
@@michaelmorley331 So true. No further expressions needed, though I have volumes to share! My Hawk is tight in tolerance and well built. Fact is, 2 hands and a brain built both machines regardless of origin and bikes you wish to compare. Some leak, but look at Harley owners, no one complains about them here? Put your two hands together and built a better option for less if your so concerned about who made it!
Everything going good, except these 27 items. Pieces a crap
Don't be jealous.
So you buy a brand new bike, and leave it outside? And alot nitpicking for a $1500 motorcycle that you leave outside and is made in China
The video is to show the bike. If you don't like it don't care.
Leaving ur bike outside is just abusing it
I had to build a shed for it. And I did. Not all of us can just have shit built on a whim. Have a good day.
So everybody who leaves their car outside is just abusing it also?
@@HARTLINE310 nope cars are meant to sustain weather they're like turtles with a huge shell over them. Your bike obviously got destroyed and rusted from sitting outside
@@HARTLINE310 and ill bet money that bike would look brand new if it was at least under a roof of any type like a porch
@Mike Fu I own multiple bikes. Sportster and cruiser and 2 stroke race bike and others. I try to garage all bikes if able to.
The best upgrade for a Hawk 230 is to push it off a cliff and drive to a Honda/Yamaha/Suzuki/Kawasaki dealer and buy any of their high quality proven machines.
Don't be jealous
Fuck that dude lol you ain’t finding any of those for the price of a hawk, plus you won’t feel bad about beating the hawk to death because it’s so cheap.
Wow insurance just for some hail because you lacked common sense to bring it inside..lmao yea i get your logic
Fuck off. With that logic why don't people put their cars inside instead of hail insurance? Dumb ass
They will probably total it then he could buy it back for $100 and keep riding it....
