Interesting to hear how well mixed this is for a phone recording. I went to both shows in atl and I feel like I could never hear sharkey play because John and the rest of the band are so damn loud lol. You can really hear sharkey playing the chords easily in this
I’ve noticed when I see shows in arenas, because of the sound bouncing off the walls around you, everything in the kids gets kinda smeared, but when I record with the phone and listen back, the phone doesn’t have as dynamic of a pickup as your ears and so u can hear other things easier because they aren’t smeared together

its just on the record of the phone i guess it happen because of the house like echoing , i've seen a similar videos of these and the timing was perfect

Not sure what happened with the timing here, Sharkey having foldback/monitor issues I'm guessing

Seems like the beat was messed up or echoing. John was somehow able to keep it going but I don’t know how. Hope whoever was off beat gets the boot.
