Unfortunately there is no time to fix all the broken phones. It takes months to fix few phones, until all parts come, glue, battery, etc. There is always a new issue.. either no sound, or camera lens has a scratch, or wifi doesnt work, or motherboard has a short that drains the battery even when it's powered off. (i got that with a phone).
This repairs can only be done as a hobby or for money paid from yt views.

Do not plug in the battery when you're removing or re attaching a display that will blow up your light sensor/ic :)

Well the big difference between the design of the 2 phones is that the se has a non polished edge on the housing while the 5s does and it would say SE on the back of the phone so unless you know nothing about iphones then yea
