Your agent who enrolled you should be able to explain your benefits on that specific plan. If you are not happy with what you have now, or want more benefits, then we can see if there is a better plan for you that includes flex card or similar benefits. Give us a call at 800-783-5901.
The Flex card is not available in all areas, as it is specific to Medicare Advantage Plans. You can contact us at 800-783-5901 to find out if there is a Plan with a Flex card benefit in your area.
If your Plan doesn't include a Flex card benefit then the only way you could get the benefit is to change your Plan. Other plans in your area may have the Flex card benefit. In the video I talk about how it may or may not make sense for you to change your plan.

My dad gets atena dual he gets 250 for food and or light bill every 3 months he gets 5000 for dental texas

Do unused funds rollover to next year?
For plans that offer Flex cards, the benefits are for the current Plan year and do not roll over to the next year.
