Wanna do something nobody else does? Listen to "Tea for one" from the same album. I know you liked "Since I've been loving you", "Tea for one" takes this to a whole new level, but quietly. "Tea for one" is the best song on the album, which has only great songs ... as per usual with the Zeps.
I wholeheartedly agree! I once had "Tea for One" stuck in my head for 24 hours. In June of 1978, it was the last song I heard before departing solo on a 1,000-mile Rail journey, passing through Canada's Majestic Rockie Mountains, leaving my childhood home at the 15. I'll never forget that experience.
I love Tea For One, & it’s Plants real emotions, being away from his family, after their serious car accident. His wife Maureen had a skull fracture & other injuries, she almost died needing a blood transfusion. She needed to be flown to another hospital. Robert leg was in really bad shape, among other injuries too, in a wheelchair for about a year not knowing if he’d walk again. Thankfully their two children, & Page’s daughter only had scratches. They were vacationing in Greece at the time. Robert wasn’t happy about being away from his family at this time, I’m sure especially his wife & being injured wanting to just be home. Tea For One tells how slow time seems, when you aren’t where you want to be.
Bonzo REALLY shines here on this track. He was a one-manned wrecking crew. Zeppelin (as we know) relied HEAVILY on drums. Starting and stopping with that knee-jerk stuttering precision is not an easy thing to do. The Zeppelin rhythm section though had it DOWN in spades.
Robert Plant was in a wheelchair when this was recorded in Autumn 1975. He was injured in a car crash on the Greek Island of Rhodes in August 1975 and was lucky to be alive. Zepoelin had to cancel plans for a big tour so decided to record this album instead. If you want to see how it looks and sounds live, check out the performance from Knebworth 1979! Best wishes from England 🏴. Happy New Year to you both.
Hello Guys. I am enjoying listening with you two. I have been listening to Led Zeppelin for 50 and believe me, it never gets old. Pick any song from Physical Graffiti and you will not be disappointed.
Definitely one of the great LZ tracks. Tea for One is one of my personal favorites, also on this album. This one does become more relevant as one ages making it more relevant personally as one ages. Stunning pick.
Hmmm 🤔 Raw and painful but in a good way. Like the Hot Wax 😝 WOW!! Thanks for the visuals with Led Zeppelin now in the background!! MERRY NEW YEAR TO ALL💥🎆🎇🎉🥳🎊🎈✨
Thanks for doing my pick!... this is my favorite song from Presence.. others will crucify me for not saying Achilles Last Stand, but hey I got into Zep in their early days and this song feels more like early Zep to me especially Jimmy and Robert's killer solos!!!.... HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU BOTH!!!
Happy New Year my unmet friends! Another great Zep reaction. You're right, the teasing stop is sexy as hell and they know it. Presence is a genius album in my opinion.
I love you guys. East Tennessee, USA. In the mountains 😊 P.S. in college, 1980, we'd test our stereos with this song. The highs, the lows, the bombs...the Jimmy
I like this song. It’s genius with the pauses. And the harmonica from Robert is top level I like this video from the Celebration Day concert/ movie. The interaction between the is awesome. Good reaction. Happy New Year to you two 🎉
Those pauses are fantastic. I love dramatic music. Yes is my favorite music. This song, and a lot of other Zep, is just as good to me as Yes' best stuff.
Funny that people have said over the years that Zeppelin has made their fame copying other people's songs, many old blues songs, like Nobody's Fault but Mine. However, the only thing that this song has in common with the original is the title and a few lyrics. Listen to the original by Blind Willie Johnson and they are two entirely different songs.
On February 24th 1975 Physical Graffiti came out. I had tickets to see them on the 27th. I remember getting the album the day it came out and listening to it as much as I could so I would know the songs when they played them. The concert was a general admission show. Fortunately for me I was with a very attractive young lady that was a friend of mine. She got us front row center stage. We were a couple of very happy 16 year olds.
I have all the Led Zeppelin albums but this one and Physical Graphiti are my favorites. Achillies Last Stand, Tea for One, Nobody's Fault but Mine, shoot all seven songs on this album are great. Physical Graphiti all the songs are also great, can't go wrong with any of them, especially Kashmir.
That was always one of my favorites and you are right needs to be played loud. You should try " bringing home the bacon " by Procol Harum. The best version is on the Grand hotel album. The guitar is fantastic.
First Happy New Year to both of you. Another great song by the greatest band ever, not much lyrics wise, but still a great song. Love when Plant’s vocals match Page’s guitar, & Bonham’s drumming was amazing. Yes the pausing makes the song interesting, love the live version when they trick the audience, thinking it’s over. Thank you as always.
Love you two. Your both awesome and so entertaining!!!! Now let me let you in on a tiny little secret!!!!!! Look up a band called Spirit. Listen to thier song called Taurus. It came out in 1968, When Led Zeppelin first came on the scene they opened for Spirit. Robert and Jimmy pretty much stole the riff. Now you both tell me what song Led Zeppelin did that stole from Spirit!!!!!! Love you guys!!! Hope you do your home work assingment that I gave ya. Have the best day and you two got a new subscriber!!!! ME!!!!! LOL!!!!! Be well and have the best day and I love bot your accents as well. Cool as ever!!!!!
Nobody’s Fault But Mine was first recorded in 1928, a delta blues song by Mississippi Fred McDowell. This is a much updated and different song. Take a listen to the original.
It's been a couple of years since you reacted to The Warning, if you could do something from the Pepsi Center in Mexico City, that would be great or something really new from the Poland concert. Thanks for your reactions.
Thanks my favorite LZ song. The day this came out I put down the bottle and never went back.
One of my top 20 favorite led Zeppelin songs LOL
Tea for One ...from the same album🎉
It will blow u away !!!
Hidden Gem 💎
Lest we forget Hot's on for Nowhere!
The drums man. The drums kick ass.
John Paul just crushing it with Bonham…so in sync what a banger! Love the Reaction! 😊
My favorite Presence song. I just gave this Album to my 22 year old daughter this Christmas.

"at the AGE of 15"
Lots of people have reacted to it.

Yes good call 🤙
Plant's a wizard on the harmonica! He can play the harmonica as good as he can sing!
One of their best songs for me, Zeppelin is one of the most creative bands 😎
Bonzo REALLY shines here on this track. He was a one-manned wrecking crew. Zeppelin (as we know) relied HEAVILY on drums. Starting and stopping with that knee-jerk stuttering precision is not an easy thing to do. The Zeppelin rhythm section though had it DOWN in spades.
Harmonica reminds you of When the Levee Breaks

For me, the highlight on this song is Bonzo on those drums. Happy New Year!
This live is great!! Robert on that harmonica!!
Robert is an underrated harmonica player! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Yes, and I would kill to know why he stopped playing it ............best blues, I've ever heard ????? Makes no sense to me .
Simply the GOATS! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
A favorite song of mine from this album nobody ever plays is "Hots on for Nowhere." I have no idea why because I think that song is so good.
@@boki1693 my second favorite song after nobody’s fault!
Great album. Great song. Great reaction. Happy New Year.
Definitely one of the great LZ tracks. Tea for One is one of my personal favorites, also on this album. This one does become more relevant as one ages making it more relevant personally as one ages. Stunning pick.

Thanks so much for more Led Zeppelin ❤ I remember playing this song at lunchtime in high school ❤❤

BONZO…..ENOUGH SAID! THUNDER! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
That has to be the best sounding drum kit on the face of the earth.
Thanks!
Many thanks 💚
@@MerchantOfAlba Thank you for the tunes!
Soooooo crispy.
Bonham's drumming is like an amusement park on this album.
Great air drumming album.

That's also not by accident, at this point they didn't want to be sued anymore.
The Funkiest tune Zep ever put out. Happy New Year
The crunge has entered the chat
@stephenpeterson6676 argument heard but still stand on point!...

They played it live at Knebworth, in 1979. It was filmed and I’ve seen it on You Tube.
Yes amazing!!!
Saw LZ summer of 77 at the Forum in LA
Robert plays a mean harmonica
That was always one of my favorites and you are right needs to be played loud. You should try " bringing home the bacon " by Procol Harum.
The best version is on the Grand hotel album. The guitar is fantastic.
I always play this twice in the car.
Black Sabbath,Led Zeppelin,Deep Purple the holy triad of rock music🤘
Love it ❤❤❤ sooo much!! ❤
El mejor video para despedir el año.Nos vemos en el 2025.

lol😂 Andre has some wax ideas 😮
Nothing like taking responsibility. Happy New Year!!!
More reactions to Presence please! Very underrated album. Happy New Year!!
Please do "Tea for One " by Zeppelin
If a picture is actually worth a thousand words then Robert's pausing in this track is worth a Million ..............LOL :)
Jimmy playing with heavy distortion and making it sound good

Tea 🫖 for One
Oh, that made me very satisfied
Happy New Year!🥳🎉
Happy New Year 🎊 . BTW there is a band called The 77's that do a great cover of this cover. 🤘
Love this album...the only album without keyboards...unlike In through the out door, when every song is with heavy keyboards
It's been a couple of years since you reacted to The Warning, if you could do something from the Pepsi Center in Mexico City, that would be great or something really new from the Poland concert. Thanks for your reactions.
The only Zepp album without keyboards
Please do the live version of Over The Hills and Far Away. I think it's one of their best songs and videos.
