Love this! What size balloon do you use & what size do you blow them up to? I tried 9 inch diameter & feel they don’t look as good. I can see the pole still. 😳

what method of sizing are you using? Eventually you will want to get an inflator that sizes it for you, but in the meantime, check out the holy box on Amazon :~)

You tie them into a duplet (set of two balloons), and then you tie the single into one of the duplets so you have a triple and a duplet, and then twist them together. I think there's a balloon decor basics video on the channel that shows you how to make a duplet if you don't know (but basically tie two balloons together by their nozzles). :-)
Hello I wanted to ask if you can use this same technique on a arch with the five colors spirals design and if so what size should the balloons be sized at?

I think that there's 13 layers, so it would be one of each color per layer :~)
I absolutely LOVE your videos!!!! You do amazing work!! My son's school hired me to do the balloons for his promotion ceremony, after seeing balloon columns and arches I made for my oldest son's party. I am a bit nervous about it. I am making your pinky balloon no helium arch, 2017 numbered columns and 2 photo frames (it's an indoor venue). I really love working with balloons and balloon twisting, and am told I should do it professionally. I really would like to become a CBA, but only found one school that offers classes. Do you have any suggestions on schools? You are truly my inspiration. I can't wait to make the balloon decorations for my sons school (which I learned from you, lol). Is there a certain time that you would use a 5 balloon column vs a 4 balloon column? Like what is the difference in the two?
If I need 5 colors, or I need it to look more round I might do a 5-pack balloon column over a 4-pack. 4-pack is the default though :~)

Go to the manufacturer websites, that way you can find the distributor closest to you. The brands I use the most are Qualaltex, Betallic and Anagram :~)

Hello, how do you get your columns to not show the pole?
From certain angles it will always show, but if the balloons are properly sized and packed, it really shouldn't be too noticeable :~)
Where did you purchase the stand
Ikea, wal-mart, target, loews, home depot... it's a floor lamp ;~)
What color ballons are they where u buy them
Can you tell me he best balloon to purchase that I can't see through them? Yours look so glossy and you can't see through the balloons. It's hard to tell when ordering online.
If you don't want them to be see through then make sure you get the standard or fashion tones and not the jewel tone balloons. I mostly use Qualatex or Betallic. :~)

Hi I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on how to do the under water balloon designs, it's clear balloon going up in the air but i don't have a lot of helium so o was wondering how to do it
+Brittney Blue Hi Brittney, that one requires helium, unless you are hangin it. But for the look you are asking about, helium is necessary. I do have a bunch of other under the sea themed balloons in my new book though ;-) Check it out on Amazon :~)

The main balloons are 11" sized down to about 8" or so and the topper is a 36" balloon :~)
