Really nice house, but it's a bit bottom-heavy, with the bedrooms on the first floor a little small for the price point. Also, I don't think your guests would be very impressed staying in the relatively pokey 5th bedroom in the basement. Great party space in the basement mind! You are paying a significant premium for its location on the 'main island' at Wentworth and for being a new build.
Looks nice, almost Georgian on the outside. But your typical bland grey and white modern luxury home interior. Nearly all these kinds of homes look the bloody same inside nowadays. The LA luxury home interiors do it better. Brits seem to have no imagination and have dumped their rich interior design heritage. A footballer’s house 😒
