Wow, great interview! Thanks Justin for sharing your story, powerful and inspiring!
It was the same for me, with the Lord directing me to follow His instructions on how to pay tithing instead of to the LDS church.

I wrote a paper for an institute class at UCLA, “Was Jesus Married?” Back in 1976. So, my teacher encouraged this as we came to believe, for all the reasons discussed, that this was true.

Are you related to Ben, Bron and Pam Kimball authors of Hidden Stories of Jesus in Britain? I Love that book! It makes so much sense! (Ok...just saw your answer @24:00) It's interesting that both Kimball families are so well versed in the same topic!

Ok sooooo; wasn't sure about God, but a couple years ago things got weird. Visions of past and future, telepathy, messages and other such things. Then I had a visitor from a portal appear next to me after I looked up and asked "who am I?". Golden breast plate, burgundy tunic underneath that ended above the knee, pale like an albino, white hair, glowing, eyes shining like stars. He replied "David, you are a son of God", and then vanished in a flash. A special lady I know has seen a little girl in visions, sometimes with Jesus and Michael. She wants us to call her Eva Rose. I saw her once in a vision after I figured something out and I heard her say "You're so smart daddy, and I love you".

To me there is no doubt that He was married. I did think it was interesting that none of the teachings of the Quorum of the 12 from this dispensation were brought up. Orson Pratt, Brigham Young, Orson Hyde taught that He was married to Mary Magdalene and that the way he interacted with her from the scriptures shows that. Interesting that they also taught He was married to Martha and that the interactions with her show that as well.

I love to hear all I can about different theories regarding Christ and His life. However, sometimes I feel like it might not be our business to talk and speculate so openly about His personal life. Like, I wouldn't want people discussing things about my wife and children on TH-cam. Should we give Him respect about the things He did privately in His life? I'm not being judgy. Really just wondering if anyone else had a similar thought. Cheers. 🎉

I see what you mean, for sure. I’d agree, if I believed that knowing about Christ’s family was purely trivial, but I don’t think that it is. Jesus Christ is the person we are meant to emulate in all things, and yet we almost never stop to consider what He was like as a husband and a father. This is, in my opinion, a big gap in our worship. Seeing Him in these roles would likely do us well, particularly as we strive to become like Him in our everyday lives. Just my thoughts!

I love this. It seems the time has come to recognize the Spiritual role of women and the importance of women. Think of President Kimballl telling us of the importance of the roles women will play in the last days.

There is a lot to be learned in having children and raising them. Rabbis were married, another evidence.
