I’m only 20 minutes in and I’ve found so many problems with this game. No gas pumps at the gas station. The music in Salvatore house stops playing after 2 seconds and it rains inside the house . And many more. He doesn’t look down at dead bodies, he doesn’t look back at prostitutes walking by him. He doesn’t flip off cars honking at him or when people walk into him. the camera doesn’t follow behind you so you have to constantly move it yourself. He doesn’t turn his head when you look behind you and there’s no way to look around in first person like the original which would have been cool to have for making screenshots. The flying car bug was in the original game I have bugs posted on my channel from the original and the definitive edition
I give it a 7.5. It’s hard to rate because they’re technically rehashed games with a pretty paint job. God I hope they fix it because I feel like they could have done way more for these games. I keep seeing things pop up out of nowhere in vice city a lot and I run into them with my car lol
My public opinion is that the world itself is visually beautiful yet reminiscent. But the minor texture bugs and clipping issues were very annoying. My biggest disappointment is that they took away most of the cheats that allowed you to just have fun and be free without having to gain those skills in gta: SA. Some character models looked better in the original, but it these small issues are resolved I’ll be happy to have paid for this reminiscing game.
The mission "Sir, Yes Sir" in Vice City for Colonel Cortez. Restarted it 3 times and the Army Convoy doesn't spawn. Only on the 4th attempt it respawned.
I know what went on behind the scenes...Rockstar got millions for making a slightly tweaked remastered. While games like destroy all humans, tony hawk pro skater and many more are getting full made remastered/remakes. With modern day controls and gameplay. Rockstar is trifling.
There is also a bug that prevents you from completing Pier 69 Mission where T-Bone Mendez gets stuck and becomes unkillable the only way to kill him is by getting a helicopter and hit him with your rotor blades to send him into the water which kills him
Everyone must be getting different bugs I keep getting one where My game gets an error and if I load back up and click resume it will error me constantly until I click the load auto save myself then it seems to come back on but it took me like 8 errors in a row to realise to do that pretty straight forward fix tho just annoying you know (bare in mind I have a ps5 as well so the errors are all to do with the game)

Exactly! When we pay 60 dollars we expect a fully functional product that's worth 60 dollars! GTA used to make good games that were fully tested and became icons in the gaming industry. But thanks to the low standards of gamers these days and the fact they'll buy any trash because of nostalgia Rockstar don't feel the need to go above and beyond like they used to.

They didn't even play tested these games. Although I respect your take on not freaking out about it, I find this very disrespecful from Rockstar Games, the fact that they released this "definitive" edition of these games and somehow making it worse than the originals is just such a kick in the balls. The state of the gaming industry is at its lowest. Shame on them.
The bugs a easily patched but people forget that the definitive edition of all three games are just ported form the original version which means it has the same bugs and glitches and of course ne ones because it's a new development environment. they should not get mad, because it's the same code to keep these games close to the orginals
have you play tested the games? they're better than every other official release except maybe the original ps2 versions the rereleases on ps3/360 and mobile were much, much worse but everyone seems to have forgotten

@@angelulloa7407 ive just about finished VC and ive had very few bugs, the gameplay is smoother than ever thanks to uncapped FPS and the whole thing still feels like the originals overall i think its a pretty enjoyable game and nowhere near as bad as its being made out
They’ve literally had 20 years to make these titles flawless, proof is all the private modders that have made better versions of these games in the past. This seems like a slapped together weekend project just to get a passing grade, or in this case, a couple bucks.
These games having the same glitches as the PS2 versions kind of makes the games feel authentic. All these visual glitches do add up. But idk they do offer another kind of enjoyment. Like in a Bad voice acting kind of way. They should tone down the rain though, it doesn't even look that good.
DashieGames was playing live yesterday. He encountered a "floating vehicle in traffic" glitch. That was in the original GTA III, or the mobile version I think.
I def remember flying cars and falling out of the world in III so I really don't mind those kinda glitches, it's true to form. I'm more upset about how they actually made the firing controls worse

There's a bug in SA, whenever I do the side missions for the girlfriends I couldn't play the Hot Coffee mini game, almost like Rockstar disabled it. I hope they fix this bug immediately. Either way, great video man!
To be fair, I had a helicopter flying under the map a few days ago in the PS2 version of San Andreas. What I noticed was that the collision on the Ice Cream Front's roof is bugged with the two big ice cream... things. If you break the glass at Pete's bike shop, it won't break but let you walk through it. Also, the Hunter doesn't have a radio anymore. I had the problem that some suspects spawned inside buildings during the vigilante missions. I was still able to wallbang most of them with the Hunter's missiles, but when I reached Level 51, one spawned so far away from the wall that I couldn't get him. But maybe this problem also exists in older versions, I don't know. In San Andreas, the Pig Pen doesn't have music anymore and its door doesn't move while entering it. Also, the Hydra's lock on used to be triggered manually by holding down the handbrake. Now it locks on automatically, which means you can't use free aim if cars are nearby. This might be helpful for new players, but a pain for more experienced pilots. Also, in the old game you'd have the problem that cars would spawn pretty late on console, so you couldn't destroy them so easily while in jet mode. The definitive edition has the opposite problem: The cars spawn really early , but as soon as you approach them, they disappear. Also, on PS4, the game's performance in the hydra is horrible, getting stuck for a few seconds again and again. To be honest, San Andreas reminds me of Cyberpunk a lot.
The all hands on deck mission isn't bugged, I just had the same thing happen and you have to walk up and shoot all the boats until they blow up, it takes a good 120 Kruger bullets but it works fine afterwards

GT3: Prior to the Callahan Bridge being repaired, there’s meant to be road block barriers in Portland preventing cars from travelling to Staunton Island via the bridge, however they’re actually invisible but still solid so you can still drive into them. Go to the subway and make sure to enter the first or second door in the first carriage. Exit when you reach Shoreside Vale and you’ll glitch on top of the subway tunnel. You can walk up the tunnel a bit - make sure to keep to the left otherwise you’ll fall back into the tunnel. Once you’re far enough away you can jump to the left, fall through the map and you’ll respawn on land in Shoreside Vale. Once Staunton Island is unlocked, if you go to the Shoreside Vale lift bridge, it looks although the part that lifts is down, however it’s actually not solid so you’ll fall through the road and end up in the water.
The thing that sucks is a lot of these things were fixed by mods with the original game and instead of rockstar embracing the community they dmcad them to hell. Only to end up reselling broken versions of games that weren’t broken before. People have a right to be pissed,

In vice city, the mission "Guardian angel" I had a glitch where when I got to the roof, the mission just didn't proceed. Reloaded the save file and wasn't a problem after that.
Just a small Fact but the Rockstar Games Launcher is online again and Rockstar confirmed that they accidentally uploaded the wrong Version from GTA The Trilogy The Definitive Edition. They are working on it right now but you cant play or download the game anymore until a few days.
7:19 I've seen this glitch before in the Mobile port of San Andreas as well, can't quite remember if it was in the original. But in some locations when having a 3 Star Wanted level, Helicopters will spawn under the map.
most of the glitches and bugs that were working on PS2 version of the game will work in definitive edition because it's a port. this means that it is the same code and therefore it has the same bugs and glitches
im playing on ps5 and really loving the remasters but nonetheless a lot of bugs. i have been playing for like 2 hours and i've had people floating above chairs, people stuck under the map, fell thru the floor of the map myself, one time my bandana started tripping and turned into pink polygons,plainst stuck in mid air, and my game crashes every time is start the mission burning desire..soo im stuck now
I died in the water in Vice Ciry. When I spawned at the hospital, NPCs were swimming instead of walking on the sidewalk. Was xreepy. But also, maybe a new swim animation for vice city soon?
I've been playing at all 3 of them and I absolutely love it. Haven't had a single problem. Only thing that made me mad was that the Banshee was missing from the car lot in gta 3 lol
I'm already playing this on Nintendo Switch and I did also preorder this for PS4 physically so hopefully a lot of the issues of these games get smoothed out by the time the physical release comes out on December 7th.
I’m enjoying the definitive editions rn, definitely overpriced but I’m having fun nonetheless. The only issue I can say I’ve came across os the bridge in Angel Pine but it’s not a game breaking glitch and you only have to cross over it twice in the whole story so it wasn’t really that bad. From someone who’s just recently completed the Remaster of San Andreas a month prior to the definitive edition release, I can honestly say that it actually isn’t as a bad as what people are making it out to be. In fact it’s actually an improvement but hey people have their opinions
So far in the couple hours I've played I've got GTA VC Remaster: - Frame rate drops constantly, sometimes hard crashes (specifically on Demolition Man when blowing up the construction site) - Tommy wandering off during cutscenes - Vehicle and pedestrians randomly pop in - Character model completely breaks when free aiming and moving - Auto save barely works and checkpoints do not exist - Terrible character models and textures - Player change cheat textures completely broken and look burnt - Weapon and radio wheels feel clunky and hard to navigate - Sometimes shooting pedestrians or objects causes them to fly into the air - Vehicle handling is just awful and very very slidey roundy Played this up to the mission "The Fastest Boat" but I just cannot work the shooting mechanic and am currently stuck on this mission which I used to blast through as a child GTA SA Remaster: - Clearly the HD Remaster port spruced up - Mini games and menus are just awful now making the gym unenjoyable - Gym coach who trains boxing was wearing orange trunks and gloves when he offered training but then green when we started fighting and orange again after - Low rider mission so easy its insulting - Character models are some of the worst you'll ever see - Lack of pedestrians and traffic - Rain makes game unplayable till it stops - Fighting mechanic completely broken and makes no sense still, it's like they broke this even more? - Driving feels similar to GTA SA original but pop ins of vehicles and buildings failing to render in time kills immersion - Sprinting takes a few seconds to kick in unless you change it to hold in the settings menu which then breaks the BMX mechanics - Aiming reticule is just plain weird and was better in the original - Checkpoints seem to work as it indicates when one is activated on screen but I haven't failed a mission yet so I'm not sure if it works but auto save is definitely broken I've played this up to the mission High Stakes, Low Rider In GTA III Remastered - I've probably only played about an hour on this one, mainly free roam, couldn't get the hang of the driving which is just as bad as GTA VC Remaster. I didn't really have any massive problems with GTA 3 and I definitely feel this one had the most time and attention given, I've heard stories about it but my main concern is the way the protagonist runs, it just looks like he clips from left to right, like the running animation runs through 2 frames its truly unenjoyable. Verdict: I think they've completely ruined this series and I think its gonna take alot more than a few patches to fix this, Cyberpunk all over again. On the other hand I'm enjoying skyrim anniversary edition! 😊
I have encountered the bug that makes the mission "Cop Land" in Vice City absolutely impossible. Tommy and Lance blow up and die no matter how far away I get
as a ps4 player, i would give this 7.5-8, i havent encountered any problems and all and it's been a really great experience so far tbh. I'm just glad we got something at least from r*. Let's just hope the bugs get fixed in future updates so r* can redeem themselves
I salute you my g for being the one of the only ones that isn't some 12 year old that thinks just because it doesn't look like "Mafia: Definitive Edition." it's trash. I think they are fine graphically. The controls also are a big up. San Andreas can use a bit of work though. Besides that, they are all great. And before anyone in the comments says "Oh...well your probably just a 12 year old as well who never even touched the originals and sucks of rockstar for a living." That's far from the truth. I played the originals when I was in diapers all the way through out my life. I even played that crappy ps3 and 360 port of San Andreas. People need to be thankful they even decided to put out anything for these old ass games...they could've left them in the dust like most of their other games. Those bugs will most likely be ironed out because lord knows Grove Street Games doesn't like all this drama involving their company. They said so themselves.

Gun Runner mission is also bugged on VC, the crates do not smash once they fall off the truck they keep spinning for god knows what reason in the air, tried many ways to fix to no avail
And this is why I'm happy to be behind in everything in life. Fashion,music,games. Its damn helpful not having to deal with lousy bugs that need patching. I'll gladly wait a year er more even and get my game proper 💯👌

This was just a quick cash grab that any modder could’ve developed and perfected in a month as they already did before. Maybe rockstar should actually hire modders within the player community who actually care about the titles
In san andreas you can't see ANYTHING in the rain. Also in san andreas paramedics don't come to revive people anymore. I haven't seen a single paramedic yet and don't really see fire fighters either.
Picked up San Andreas as it was on the Xbox Game Pass and I love it. There are a few things off with it but it is expected with a new title release so hopefully they'll push out some updates to fix the issues that people are having. I got lucky with the ghost bridge I think. Cuz when I arrived at this location it of course could not be seen. The moment I was about the turn away and find another way it briefly graced me with its presence smh
Not sure if anyone else has had this but one bug I've had in GTA 3 is on Joey's first mission 'Mike Lips Last Lunch' that lowkey causes a soft lock as 8-Ball's bomb shop will remain closed despite you being in the mission. even if you retry the mission after destroying the car or attempt to enter it with another vehicle it will not open! I had to save the game, close it, and restart to make it open.

@@Sir-Vesh I'm not sure why so many of you are recommending the modded versions as being better. They really aren't. Even modded they all have bugs that are annoying or absolutely unplayable. GTA III likes to lock you in place when using the sniper or the rocket launcher and those weapons stop working randomly making some missions quite the chore to actually finish, VC seems to have a broken Love Fist mission that locks up the game right after the cutscene every single time and SA suffers random crashes with no rhyme or reason. That's no even mentioning the fact that you have to mod them just to get them to even run. Let's not pretend that the original games are better at this point. If you still have a PS2 or XBox, then that is probably the only legitimate way to play them without too many issues, because even with all the recommended mods they don't work properly at all.
I have encountered an annoying bug during the mission “Are You Going to San Fierro” in San Andreas. For some reason when I started flame throwing the “flowers” towards the front of the farm first, the police chopper would crash down and kill The Truth. If I started from the back of the farm the chopper would still crash but not kill The Truth. I play on Xbox series S. Anyone else experience this?
To be fair, helicopters spawning underground happened in the classic GTA SA. I noticed it in San Fierro more than anywhere else though. Sometimes just the rotor showed through the street, sometimes just part of the rotor.
My experience on switch has been ok for the most part. Frame rate is all over but the original was like that too. The two biggest glitches I’ve seen are caesar’s fingers are super long like salad fingers and sometimes the cutscene script breaks if you go to the switch home menu for a minute or more and then return to the game.
That helicopter bug also used to be in the original game. If die at the game while there is a helicopter above you chances are it will move underground and you can see the blades at the surface
San andreas has invisible trees that only have collision when in a vehicle and random purple lights appear all over the map. Also random mission markers appear but when you go into them nothing happens. Very disappointed that this was clearly not tested before releasing
I noticed the Kuruma in the GTA3 intro is blue, but when they give it to you to drive it it's actually teal(dark shade of green+blue mix). Since it's the first car they give you it should be the same color and to me it's kinda obvious(I love that car). Anyone else noticed this?
It bothers me that the cars have no reverse lights, they still have those AWFUL bumper car like physics, there are areas where Tommy's feet are in the ground, there are areas where half of the tires are in the ground, the auto save feature is crap, Vice City "DE" has crashed on me like 8 times now, it seema that the main characters were pretty much the only ones that had more details to them, the rain is HORRIBLE and nauseating in a grid like pattern, I didn't see any lightening in the clouds and instead there's an invisibly placed lights that flashes on your character and surrounding areas, the cars still look like crap; just shinier, there's places where updated textures are mixed with PS2 textures, people look like they have fish heads lol, etc. There's more of course but I don't want to keep writing a paragraph. The game looks so much better, but there's a couple things that could use some fixing. For games that are as important as these, there should have been strict work done. It's 50/50 for me. I enjoy it, but I expected it to be a little better than it is now.

They didn't even play tested these games. Although I respect your take on not freaking out about it, I find this very disrespecful from Rockstar Games, the fact that they released this "definitive" edition of these games and somehow making it worse than the originals is just such a kick in the balls. The state of the gaming industry is at its lowest. Shame on them.
The bugs a easily patched but people forget that the definitive edition of all three games are just ported form the original version which means it has the same bugs and glitches and of course ne ones because it's a new development environment. they should not get mad, because it's the same code to keep these games close to the orginals
have you play tested the games? they're better than every other official release except maybe the original ps2 versions
the rereleases on ps3/360 and mobile were much, much worse but everyone seems to have forgotten

It doesn't matter that the mobile ports were worse, the fact they ask you to pay 60 bucks for a "definitive" version and comes out half baked is unacceptable. Thinking like yours is what makes them get away with it time and time again.
@@angelulloa7407 ive just about finished VC and ive had very few bugs, the gameplay is smoother than ever thanks to uncapped FPS and the whole thing still feels like the originals
overall i think its a pretty enjoyable game and nowhere near as bad as its being made out

They’ve literally had 20 years to make these titles flawless, proof is all the private modders that have made better versions of these games in the past. This seems like a slapped together weekend project just to get a passing grade, or in this case, a couple bucks.

These games having the same glitches as the PS2 versions kind of makes the games feel authentic. All these visual glitches do add up. But idk they do offer another kind of enjoyment. Like in a Bad voice acting kind of way. They should tone down the rain though, it doesn't even look that good.
Trust me the definitive edition has way more glitches

DashieGames was playing live yesterday. He encountered a "floating vehicle in traffic" glitch. That was in the original GTA III, or the mobile version I think.
I def remember flying cars and falling out of the world in III so I really don't mind those kinda glitches, it's true to form. I'm more upset about how they actually made the firing controls worse

There's a bug in SA, whenever I do the side missions for the girlfriends I couldn't play the Hot Coffee mini game, almost like Rockstar disabled it. I hope they fix this bug immediately. Either way, great video man!

To be fair, I had a helicopter flying under the map a few days ago in the PS2 version of San Andreas.
What I noticed was that the collision on the Ice Cream Front's roof is bugged with the two big ice cream... things. If you break the glass at Pete's bike shop, it won't break but let you walk through it. Also, the Hunter doesn't have a radio anymore. I had the problem that some suspects spawned inside buildings during the vigilante missions. I was still able to wallbang most of them with the Hunter's missiles, but when I reached Level 51, one spawned so far away from the wall that I couldn't get him. But maybe this problem also exists in older versions, I don't know.
In San Andreas, the Pig Pen doesn't have music anymore and its door doesn't move while entering it. Also, the Hydra's lock on used to be triggered manually by holding down the handbrake. Now it locks on automatically, which means you can't use free aim if cars are nearby. This might be helpful for new players, but a pain for more experienced pilots. Also, in the old game you'd have the problem that cars would spawn pretty late on console, so you couldn't destroy them so easily while in jet mode. The definitive edition has the opposite problem: The cars spawn really early , but as soon as you approach them, they disappear. Also, on PS4, the game's performance in the hydra is horrible, getting stuck for a few seconds again and again. To be honest, San Andreas reminds me of Cyberpunk a lot.
They couldve done so much better honestly. Rockstar has let me down once again...

The all hands on deck mission isn't bugged, I just had the same thing happen and you have to walk up and shoot all the boats until they blow up, it takes a good 120 Kruger bullets but it works fine afterwards

This actually makes me glad they released the trilogy digital first. I'd hope these problems be fixed in the physical copies.

GT3:
Prior to the Callahan Bridge being repaired, there’s meant to be road block barriers in Portland preventing cars from travelling to Staunton Island via the bridge, however they’re actually invisible but still solid so you can still drive into them.
Go to the subway and make sure to enter the first or second door in the first carriage. Exit when you reach Shoreside Vale and you’ll glitch on top of the subway tunnel. You can walk up the tunnel a bit - make sure to keep to the left otherwise you’ll fall back into the tunnel. Once you’re far enough away you can jump to the left, fall through the map and you’ll respawn on land in Shoreside Vale.
Once Staunton Island is unlocked, if you go to the Shoreside Vale lift bridge, it looks although the part that lifts is down, however it’s actually not solid so you’ll fall through the road and end up in the water.

The thing that sucks is a lot of these things were fixed by mods with the original game and instead of rockstar embracing the community they dmcad them to hell. Only to end up reselling broken versions of games that weren’t broken before. People have a right to be pissed,

This remaster is atrocious.
In vice city, the mission "Guardian angel" I had a glitch where when I got to the roof, the mission just didn't proceed. Reloaded the save file and wasn't a problem after that.
Just a small Fact but the Rockstar Games Launcher is online again and Rockstar confirmed that they accidentally uploaded the wrong Version from GTA The Trilogy The Definitive Edition. They are working on it right now but you cant play or download the game anymore until a few days.
Toilet signs in an alley by the outdoor mall in vice city are also missing the I’s so I sat for a good minute wondering what “To Let” stood for lol

7:19 I've seen this glitch before in the Mobile port of San Andreas as well, can't quite remember if it was in the original. But in some locations when having a 3 Star Wanted level, Helicopters will spawn under the map.

most of the glitches and bugs that were working on PS2 version of the game will work in definitive edition because it's a port. this means that it is the same code and therefore it has the same bugs and glitches

im playing on ps5 and really loving the remasters but nonetheless a lot of bugs. i have been playing for like 2 hours and i've had people floating above chairs, people stuck under the map, fell thru the floor of the map myself, one time my bandana started tripping and turned into pink polygons,plainst stuck in mid air, and my game crashes every time is start the mission burning desire..soo im stuck now

I died in the water in Vice Ciry. When I spawned at the hospital, NPCs were swimming instead of walking on the sidewalk. Was xreepy. But also, maybe a new swim animation for vice city soon?

I've been playing at all 3 of them and I absolutely love it. Haven't had a single problem. Only thing that made me mad was that the Banshee was missing from the car lot in gta 3 lol
I'm already playing this on Nintendo Switch and I did also preorder this for PS4 physically so hopefully a lot of the issues of these games get smoothed out by the time the physical release comes out on December 7th.
I’m enjoying the definitive editions rn, definitely overpriced but I’m having fun nonetheless. The only issue I can say I’ve came across os the bridge in Angel Pine but it’s not a game breaking glitch and you only have to cross over it twice in the whole story so it wasn’t really that bad. From someone who’s just recently completed the Remaster of San Andreas a month prior to the definitive edition release, I can honestly say that it actually isn’t as a bad as what people are making it out to be. In fact it’s actually an improvement but hey people have their opinions
So far in the couple hours I've played I've got
GTA VC Remaster:
- Frame rate drops constantly, sometimes hard crashes (specifically on Demolition Man when blowing up the construction site)
- Tommy wandering off during cutscenes
- Vehicle and pedestrians randomly pop in
- Character model completely breaks when free aiming and moving
- Auto save barely works and checkpoints do not exist
- Terrible character models and textures
- Player change cheat textures completely broken and look burnt
- Weapon and radio wheels feel clunky and hard to navigate
- Sometimes shooting pedestrians or objects causes them to fly into the air
- Vehicle handling is just awful and very very slidey roundy
Played this up to the mission "The Fastest Boat" but I just cannot work the shooting mechanic and am currently stuck on this mission which I used to blast through as a child
GTA SA Remaster:
- Clearly the HD Remaster port spruced up
- Mini games and menus are just awful now making the gym unenjoyable
- Gym coach who trains boxing was wearing orange trunks and gloves when he offered training but then green when we started fighting and orange again after
- Low rider mission so easy its insulting
- Character models are some of the worst you'll ever see
- Lack of pedestrians and traffic
- Rain makes game unplayable till it stops
- Fighting mechanic completely broken and makes no sense still, it's like they broke this even more?
- Driving feels similar to GTA SA original but pop ins of vehicles and buildings failing to render in time kills immersion
- Sprinting takes a few seconds to kick in unless you change it to hold in the settings menu which then breaks the BMX mechanics
- Aiming reticule is just plain weird and was better in the original
- Checkpoints seem to work as it indicates when one is activated on screen but I haven't failed a mission yet so I'm not sure if it works but auto save is definitely broken
I've played this up to the mission High Stakes, Low Rider
In GTA III Remastered
- I've probably only played about an hour on this one, mainly free roam, couldn't get the hang of the driving which is just as bad as GTA VC Remaster. I didn't really have any massive problems with GTA 3 and I definitely feel this one had the most time and attention given, I've heard stories about it but my main concern is the way the protagonist runs, it just looks like he clips from left to right, like the running animation runs through 2 frames its truly unenjoyable.
Verdict: I think they've completely ruined this series and I think its gonna take alot more than a few patches to fix this, Cyberpunk all over again. On the other hand I'm enjoying skyrim anniversary edition! 😊
I have encountered the bug that makes the mission "Cop Land" in Vice City absolutely impossible. Tommy and Lance blow up and die no matter how far away I get

as a ps4 player, i would give this 7.5-8, i havent encountered any problems and all and it's been a really great experience so far tbh. I'm just glad we got something at least from r*. Let's just hope the bugs get fixed in future updates so r* can redeem themselves
I salute you my g for being the one of the only ones that isn't some 12 year old that thinks just because it doesn't look like "Mafia: Definitive Edition." it's trash. I think they are fine graphically. The controls also are a big up. San Andreas can use a bit of work though. Besides that, they are all great. And before anyone in the comments says "Oh...well your probably just a 12 year old as well who never even touched the originals and sucks of rockstar for a living." That's far from the truth. I played the originals when I was in diapers all the way through out my life. I even played that crappy ps3 and 360 port of San Andreas. People need to be thankful they even decided to put out anything for these old ass games...they could've left them in the dust like most of their other games. Those bugs will most likely be ironed out because lord knows Grove Street Games doesn't like all this drama involving their company. They said so themselves.

The San Andreas ghost bridge glitch happened to me in Vice City while doing a taxi fare at the airport
Gun Runner mission is also bugged on VC, the crates do not smash once they fall off the truck they keep spinning for god knows what reason in the air, tried many ways to fix to no avail
And this is why I'm happy to be behind in everything in life. Fashion,music,games. Its damn helpful not having to deal with lousy bugs that need patching. I'll gladly wait a year er more even and get my game proper 💯👌

In san andreas you can't see ANYTHING in the rain. Also in san andreas paramedics don't come to revive people anymore. I haven't seen a single paramedic yet and don't really see fire fighters either.
Picked up San Andreas as it was on the Xbox Game Pass and I love it. There are a few things off with it but it is expected with a new title release so hopefully they'll push out some updates to fix the issues that people are having.
But on a side note, it's good to see you uploading as always Zac! Hopefully you're staying happy and healthy my man. Love you brother!
I’m only 20 minutes in and I’ve found so many problems with this game. No gas pumps at the gas station. The music in Salvatore house stops playing after 2 seconds and it rains inside the house . And many more. He doesn’t look down at dead bodies, he doesn’t look back at prostitutes walking by him. He doesn’t flip off cars honking at him or when people walk into him. the camera doesn’t follow behind you so you have to constantly move it yourself. He doesn’t turn his head when you look behind you and there’s no way to look around in first person like the original which would have been cool to have for making screenshots. The flying car bug was in the original game I have bugs posted on my channel from the original and the definitive edition

Not sure if anyone else has had this but one bug I've had in GTA 3 is on Joey's first mission 'Mike Lips Last Lunch' that lowkey causes a soft lock as 8-Ball's bomb shop will remain closed despite you being in the mission. even if you retry the mission after destroying the car or attempt to enter it with another vehicle it will not open! I had to save the game, close it, and restart to make it open.

@@Sir-Vesh I'm not sure why so many of you are recommending the modded versions as being better. They really aren't. Even modded they all have bugs that are annoying or absolutely unplayable. GTA III likes to lock you in place when using the sniper or the rocket launcher and those weapons stop working randomly making some missions quite the chore to actually finish, VC seems to have a broken Love Fist mission that locks up the game right after the cutscene every single time and SA suffers random crashes with no rhyme or reason. That's no even mentioning the fact that you have to mod them just to get them to even run. Let's not pretend that the original games are better at this point. If you still have a PS2 or XBox, then that is probably the only legitimate way to play them without too many issues, because even with all the recommended mods they don't work properly at all.
So glad that i didn't buy it.

I have encountered an annoying bug during the mission “Are You Going to San Fierro” in San Andreas. For some reason when I started flame throwing the “flowers” towards the front of the farm first, the police chopper would crash down and kill The Truth. If I started from the back of the farm the chopper would still crash but not kill The Truth. I play on Xbox series S. Anyone else experience this?

To be fair, helicopters spawning underground happened in the classic GTA SA. I noticed it in San Fierro more than anywhere else though. Sometimes just the rotor showed through the street, sometimes just part of the rotor.
My experience on switch has been ok for the most part. Frame rate is all over but the original was like that too. The two biggest glitches I’ve seen are caesar’s fingers are super long like salad fingers and sometimes the cutscene script breaks if you go to the switch home menu for a minute or more and then return to the game.
That helicopter bug also used to be in the original game. If die at the game while there is a helicopter above you chances are it will move underground and you can see the blades at the surface
I just believe they just need to fix these mistakes from Rockstar
San andreas has invisible trees that only have collision when in a vehicle and random purple lights appear all over the map. Also random mission markers appear but when you go into them nothing happens. Very disappointed that this was clearly not tested before releasing
I noticed the Kuruma in the GTA3 intro is blue, but when they give it to you to drive it it's actually teal(dark shade of green+blue mix). Since it's the first car they give you it should be the same color and to me it's kinda obvious(I love that car). Anyone else noticed this?

It bothers me that the cars have no reverse lights, they still have those AWFUL bumper car like physics, there are areas where Tommy's feet are in the ground, there are areas where half of the tires are in the ground, the auto save feature is crap, Vice City "DE" has crashed on me like 8 times now, it seema that the main characters were pretty much the only ones that had more details to them, the rain is HORRIBLE and nauseating in a grid like pattern, I didn't see any lightening in the clouds and instead there's an invisibly placed lights that flashes on your character and surrounding areas, the cars still look like crap; just shinier, there's places where updated textures are mixed with PS2 textures, people look like they have fish heads lol, etc. There's more of course but I don't want to keep writing a paragraph. The game looks so much better, but there's a couple things that could use some fixing. For games that are as important as these, there should have been strict work done. It's 50/50 for me. I enjoy it, but I expected it to be a little better than it is now.
Now I know why the physical release will take another month
