I mean I've never been a huge fan of the original Fosse choreography (which is essentially what this is) so, there is that. But I think she did a pretty good job with what she had to work with. In my opinion, this dance should be way more energetic, but again the fact that it felt like this performance had none was because of the choreography. Which doesn't really lend itself to be super energy filled. I mean her faces were pretty funny, so you have to give her that for sure.

hi im just saying after reading some of these comments, if you have a negative opinion on something that the actors do, keep it to yourself. no one honestly cares what you think about it. they are incredibly talented, especially for high schoolers, and this show is crazy hard for even professionals. theatre is supposed to be dramatic. every actor plays their character in their own way.

it's musical theatre, chicago! for gods sakes. the actors have to be extra to portray emotions that some may not pick up on especially if you're sat farther back in the theatre. stage acting is ridiculously difficult so have some respect

Keep in mind these are high schoolers, not professionals plus its theatre. Theatre is supposed to be dramatic and extra. Another thing to remember is that these actors probably dont write their choreography themselves, someone else probably told them to act this way.

TLG look one the first rule I learned in theater was do your research on the character then play the character the way you think it should be played. Every actor will preform a character differently. EVERY ACTOR
