your instruments, Otem Rellik, are unique and fantastic developments. I would be happy if there were more units of it. In every article about your instruments, I always have to put the readers off, that unfortunately they are sold out :(
I was unable to resist the touch plates and modulations per voice and had to buy one despite my chronic poverty! Sorry @SYNTH ANATOMY. I hope @otemrellik can spend more time making devices. I’ll even offer free labor if need it 😁
I have been watching your videos for a while, been impressed and inspired. I also happen to love FM sounds. This little baddy had such soft, floating sounds and gritty, dirty ones, too. Mostly I am elated that I was able to snag one of these. Friday cannot come fast enough.
Hey man, I just saw your video on your circuit bent Casio PT-87. I would love to see your mods or whatever research you managed to do on it. I'm modding one for a client and would love to have some notes on this old thing.
Hmm....That was like 13 years ago...I don't really remember much about that. I think most of the mods were just tapping into the tune knob in various ways. I was brand new to circuit bending back then but I feel like it wasn't hard to find good stuff just by probing around the board. Wish I had more info for you but I don't even know where that think is anymore.
Amazing work! Any chance you could share the code? I´m currently working on a Teensy based FM synth myself. I´m having some trouble with the operator modulation depth, it won´t modulate as much as I´d like and I thought that a look at your code could perhaps give me a pointer as to how I could resolve that issue. Thanks!
I just realized I didn't add the git link. It's now in the description. I had the same issue but found someone on the teensy forum that updated the synth_sine to allow for deeper modulation.
The key is setting the mod_index to a high value as far as I can recall. This synth has it set to 65535. I believe this is the thread I pulled the changes from: forum.pjrc.com/threads/33720-Teensy-FM-Synthesis-Problems-not-enough-modulation
Elegant minimal design. Didn't realize how robust the Teensy audio library was. Definitely going to get into it.

I know, I wish I had the time to build more. Maybe someday this will become more than just a hobby.

@@WxkR I bought one, too. Super busy with work, but eventually I will have time to give it proper love.
roryjineffect congrats! I’m busy too, sadly. Perhaps we should stay in touch to exchange tricks and sounds!
@@WxkR totally.
Impressive wood cutting around the touch plate. So snug.
Great design and sound for this format. 👽
This guy is a genius i swear
Another beautiful sounding-looking thing!

You should sell a DIY kit for all of your synths. I would definitely buy one or two of them. Great work!
I WANT THEM ALL!! I HAVE MONEY AND I WANT TO HAVE SUCH COOL THINGS!
IM GONNA BY THEM!! PLS MAKE KITS FOR THEM!!

Honestly you could start your own startup and sell tons of these @otemrellik
WoW!!!
Oh man, I need this in my life! Bummed that's sold out (why only make four!?)

Really excellent design, great feature set.. Beautiful machine.. Do you CNC the enclosures yourself?
Thank you. Yes I do.
Would you mind sharing the schematics and build tutorial if you are not planning to make more of them?
Amazing work!
Any chance you could share the code?

Fantástico!!! És mesmo tu que constróis os instrumentos?
I'd be down to somehow help you with a startup if you're looking for support/help!
what buttons are these?
There are no buttons, what are you referring to?
