Guys is it not obvious why Illari is bad now (and it’s not because of the pylon)? With the health changes she can no longer 2 shot squishy heroes and her beam healing can no longer keep even a single teammate alive if they have the damage passive applied to them
That's what I was wondering. Did they buff ana damage or does she have to hit four shots to kill a squishy
Yeah Illaris TtK is is so high now with the increased health pool
She heals 80 DPS with passive applied that's still pretty good her offense is the issue

@@nathancasey7712why would they buff Ana damage? They only buffed stuff that didn’t get affected by the projectile size changes. Ana got bigger projectiles like most other characters, so she shouldn’t get a damage buff, also like most other characters. The heroes that need help would be illari, hanzo and junk whose TTK didn’t just go up by 33% like abs but more like 50-100%

Also it's arguable Junk is just a great coach on his own as, when he went to Houston, you noticed how well they started doing and who they started to attract. Like his win percentage as coach is probably up there with Crusty.

@@libertyprime9307 i think lip would only bring a ton of value to this team (compared to other players) with his sombra. We haven't seen lip play hard hitscan like widow or ashe recently and i would prefer merit on those picks instead of him, but its a close call cause lip also has preexisting synergy with almost all of that roster
What does reinforced think a podcast is? It just needs to be an interesting conversation dont get so caught up worried about being a production or whatever. We like hearing you guys talk about the scene! Great episode love the longer ones

They beat a T2 team called SMILE in LCQ and the Haksal hasbeen team both 3-0. But before that I know they got 3-0'd by Team Falcons, and I think a close 3-1 against Pokerface (pre Spectra departure). Also both D4RT and DAEGUN technically have OWL experience and I think their DPS line is better than SPG's with potential to punch up. The rest of the team needs proving though.
Also I know you guys skipped right past the Japan region, but there already has been an upset and the region is already showing signs of growth with some mid-lower level Korean contender players filling out some rosters.

He played a crucial role in the Shock's grand final run playing ball on control
Shock's whole thing on control was synergy between Ball and Tracer think about what Smurf can do with Stalker or Proper on tracer
smurf played amazing winston with profit as his tracer in 2022, he's gonna do nuts things with this roster.

Sadly, AVRL's concern about content creator's complaining about stacking sounds like an inevitability.
Just look what happened during the dark years of lock down. First, Americans rightfully complained about not having masks readily available in comparison to countries like South Korea who had them mass-produced well before Covid because of micro dust air pollution from factories located in countries including but not limited to China which fogs up the sky and can cause cancer to anyone unfortunate enough to inhale them in high quantities.
But what happened after Americans finally had a steady supply of masks? A certain percentage, probably small but still very loud and obnoxious group, further complained about how uncomfortable they are and other, frankly minor issues. It's a global pandemic idiot, either you adapt and take measures to decrease infection and death, or you refuse, get infected and suffer the consequences of your own actions. There is no middle ground or "perfect solution" when it comes to life and death.

Real reason Majed is on Falcons:
Saudi Arabia is investing heavily in esports (and sports, tourism, etc) to diversify their economic portfolio as oil is expected to go out of style in the next couple decades. Team Falcons is owned by Musaad Aldossary, who is on the board for the Qiddiya City Gaming and Esports project, funded by the Saudi government. Falcons throwing buckets of money at players and coaches to get the very best, win tournaments, and make waves is a Saudi propaganda strategy. That's why SirMajed is even on that roster -- no one else would sign him to that roster, because it makes no sense other than to get people talking about Saudi Arabia as an esports hub. That's why Majed is bigger than the OWL CHAMPION PLAYERS on the roster poster, who, btw, are Korean playing in Korea for primarily a Korean audience.
Now take a second to look into human rights abuses committed by the Saudi government, which is directly funding the Falcons org. It's blood money. This needs to be talked about more.

Even if you disregard the Saudi government's past, the concept of "we have nigh infinite money, lets just litteraly throw money at and "artificially" pump up industries and just say look we are advanced visit saudi" seems so shallow. you see it very much in the sports and vacation industry too with them building all those artifical resorts and beaches, and don't get me started about soccer, which other middle eastern countries like qatar and the uae are also pumping up. Its only possible cause they are rich with oil money and has nothing to do with culture, idk just really shallow to me
LET EVERYONE STACK. This is the highest version of overwatch, dont drag the ceiling of the game down, strive to reach it!
