It's a good idea to bring immodium or other similar product because many ships don't sell these products. They don't want people to be able to treat or mask symptoms of norovirus! We got this tip from a friend and we didn't believe it so we went to the shop on our last 2 cruises and sure enough they didn't sell any anti diarrhea medications!

Thanks for the tips! Awesome video. I've learned over time that bring GINGER TABLETS on a cruise really helps seasickness. It's easy to buy on Amazon and worth every penny! Happy sailing! Beth

We have been on two Disney cruises. Both on the Disney Magic. Our first cruise was a Transatlantic from Barcelona to Puerto Rico and our second cruise was a Caribbean cruise.
Hi Ben & David, I've been watching a bunch of your videos in an effort to prepare for my first ever cruise on Norwegian Getaway for 9 days in the Baltic. You're videos are very informative and entertaining. I do have one question that I can't seem to find the answer to. I know they have laundry services on this ship but it can get expensive. I read on one website that for latitude members they do have one day where they wash a bag of clothes for $25. Do you know if they offer this service to non-latitude members at all? If they do, what day do they usually do this special on a 9 day cruise?
Hey. When we sailed they did offer this but it was very limited. You could only include T-shirts, shorts, socks and underwear. It was only a press and fold service too - no ironing.

No it was offered to everyone. This was a longer 2-week cruise so not sure if that made a difference. You could always throw them in and see if they come back or not lol

We are not sure what the official rule as they vary from line to line but we always take the original packaging or prescription just in case. Some cruise lines require the original packaging if the medication is narcotic for example.

No one ever mentions it, so I thought I would. Ginger tablets work really well for sea sickness. They are great for any type of stomach upset as well.
