The production is superb as always, but really - anyone who has ever played professionally or even just played to supplement their regular income, knows that the game (especially tournaments) is heartbreaking and very difficult to beat. We aren't learning anything new here by seeing Frankie in despair - AGAIN. How many times is it going to be "my one last chance" or "the biggest flip of my life" - it's just all so melodramatic. It's not life or death, it's poker, and most of us have been there and we know that big downswings are part of it. I don't mind this being a big part of the story, but this seems like this has been the biggest part of this story for a very long time at this point.

One of your most gorgeously shot and edited videos yet. One day, I hope I and the rest of your followers will get to watch your work in a theater. All poker players go on down swings. When that happens, do exactly what you did. Go smack the shit our of a mannequin at the gym, but even more importantly LOWER YOUR STAKES. Win back your losses at the lower stakes, and work back up to your prior level. You will have earned that seat at the more expensive table, and hopefully learned a lesson in humility and tempering your gamble. A good player doesn't settle for a flip unless totally necessary. A pro will nearly always get money is as a huge favorite.

Before setting out a monetary goal like 100K, or even before calling yourself a professional poker player or gambler, make darn sure you have a consistent winning record. As a ball park figure, track your cash sessions over a long, good sample size. And if your win rate overall is 70+% then you may qualify. Otherwise get back to reality. Find a real job to take care of your family and perhaps just play poker on the weekend as a hobby.

You did something pretty stupid for your psychology. The goal of 100k isn't bad, but tracking it so close is. You were up 15k, but down a few thousand from maintaining 1000 a day. So you play from a feeling of inferiority, feeling like you need to "catch up". Understand you will have days that dont make any money or lose and other days that will make up for it. Your feelings and approach should never change. You just sort of set yourself up to feel bad,

Everyone goes through bad runs, but you have this gambling mentality where you just need to go and go and go. How are you IMPROVING your game? Are you studying? Learning? What are you doing to minimize losses besides doing 6 rebuys? You need to take a step back and figure this out. You got a kid to think about now.

@frankie Editing was top tier, also poker play was solid as always. I liked the Bluff with A10 because you unblocked the diamond draw and blocked the nut straight with your 10. I've always been a big fan of the content man, keep grinding bro hopefully one day I'll see you across the felt.

I think u should create a 2nd channel that is something other than poker. Gambling is destructive, and yes, poker is definitely gambling, especially when u believe u have some control. It's that feeling that keeps u at the table. You have a wife and child. Don't throw it away because you're consumed.

Change your mentality man. The mentality of "everything doesn't go for me" makes you a worse player. You need to have a mentality of fixing your mistakes, not just showing random flips or situations that you were right - you need to take a look at the marginal spots - the tough ones - the spots that you can be wrong.
Poker is a game of skill with luck involved, and if you think it is simply winning some flips, you should definitely stop playing, because you have no control on it

Gambling is not just a game-it’s a cruel master. It strips you of control, leaving you exposed, vulnerable, and utterly powerless. In those moments of All Ins and falling cards, the world narrows to a single truth: you are at the mercy of chance, and it doesn't care if you live or die.
It’s this very helplessness that twists the knife so deeply. Every loss feels like a descent into the abyss, each second stretching into eternity as the weight of failure crushes your chest. But then, against all odds, there’s a win-a spark of salvation in the dark. It’s not just money; it’s the feeling of clawing your way back from the brink, of outrunning death itself. It is this very moment where addiction kicks in.
The euphoria doesn’t come from the prize-it comes from survival. For a fleeting moment, you’ve escaped the void, cheated fate, and reclaimed power over a force that wanted to break you. A force you seem to control for once. And then, just as suddenly, the cycle begins again, the high fading, the grip of helplessness tightening once more.
This is the trap of gambling-not the risk of losing money, but the brutal, heart-stopping dance with despair and deliverance.

Frankie you have created a career for yourself in the content world. Most people hate their jobs make a lousy salary and have to deal with bs everyday. Ignore people who disrespect you online bc deep down they wish they had your lifestyle. Some guy in the service sector is trying to criticize you when he has crappy car and hates his job. You have literally created an awesome lifesstyle for yourself. You did that and noone else did.
