Thank you for making the comparison between your train trips for us, the traveller, to see. I took a short trip from SG to Nha Trang by train and I could not sleep that night. I almost stayed up all night. I don't know, I prefer sleeping bus and it seems I sleep a bit better on the bus than on the train. Or maybe I am not a fan of slow travel so I usually take flights so that I can reach the destinations quicker. Traveling by train at day time is nicer.
We would definitely take the regular sleeper next time. However, flights are the best way to travel quickly. The trains are a nice way to see the countryside which is why we love traveling by train. Vietnam has some of the most beautiful land so we are very happy we took the train. We do feel like we missed some of the country by taking the night train so we may need to cover that route again during the day. It so hard to sleep on trains for us. Maybe we will take the bus instead 😂😂
