When I saw for first time the video I said: brilliantly!!! it is so easy, but when I started to do the exercises I said: O my God it is difficult and I felt dizzy when I moved my arms shoulders and head like clock hands. Thanks for these exercises. You are great Matt !!!!
Just found this wow looks perfect ! Have a 5 yr rotator cuff tendinitis and after the first try at this I already see results and more range of motion, will do this daily now and see how it goes, thank you for sharing !

I was just recently told I have a rotator cuff tear and three tendon tears and I should have shoulder replacement surgery 😬 I am hoping these workouts will help get rid of the inflammation and prevent or put off any surgery 🤞
Can you offer more videos on how to exercise & stretch when dealing with fibromyalgia in shoulder, wrist, arms & hips & knees. I used to exercise everyday now I cant bear own weight doing a floor exercise like plank.
I can’t get in position without severe pain and pinching, even as you say adapting the position. I can’t lift my arms and hold them without severe shoulder pain. I’m going to do this little by little, I’ll report back
5 days in, I’ve been doing this about 3-4 times a day. Improvement in range of motion, still can’t get a full night sleep without pain but it’s reduced about maybe 30%
Any recommendations for a good neck support pillow. Struggling with shoulder pain for almost a year and mornings seems t9 be the worst, besides nights of course. There are so many options would love some suggestions from true users. Thanks

Both rotator cuffs area now kind of crunch (how to describe?), new worse sudden-ish stage. Really bad tender spot on the front of both shoulder bones and downward on the bicep and tricep tendons, I guess? Not from your suggested moves, just spontaneously. 😮

Accept for pulling the shoulders together, I haven't done these movements in a while. They feel good now, but rather stiff.

2 weeks in and not pain free entirely but I can put my shirt on without significant pain, and can het a full night sleep so that’s a huge improvement
