Part 7. Demolition of the RCA Building in the Rosslyn area of Arlington, Virginia. It was built in 1969. It is being replaced by a 27-story apartment building.

I know that what I’m saying is a bit wrong, but this building appears to be in good condition for its age. If a natural disaster every striked, this building with all the sturdy concrete beams would be able to survive easily. All the buildings around it (that appear to be new) wouldn’t be able to survive at all, made mostly out of glass. It’s a shame that it was being demolished and they just don’t even make buildings study and good quality like that anymore. Good video, especially the camera angles are amazing and shows how powerful these machines really are.
