Hi Eric, thanks for the content ! Just know that timestamping the games with personnal and fun titles improves the quality a lot, it adds some narrative and help us enjoy the whole vid. I know it's work, but it pays off !
Holy smokes this clip has been on my watch list for a long time and I finally finished it today: just gonna say the ending of this was completely epic and worth it.
When you find a brilliant move but you can’t tell Eric and so you post it in the comments. Queen takes knight followed by knight to F6 with a royal fork and keeping the knight because protected by rook. Time stamp 56:22
Yes indeed, it was an insane first game. One thing I’ll never learn is to keep it as cool as Eric whenever I blunder a queen like that. I will just freeze and blunder some time and then blunder even more.
The more games you lose The more you learn how to cope with losses Then reflect on what went wrong Cause usually losses are the result of multiple mistakes, not just one mistake So If you can find the root cause of your mistakes Then it will make you a stronger player 🙏🙏🙏
The game with Ferreras30 @ 1:27:10, I knew he shouldn't have beserked, he was getting too mentally fatigued after all those wins in a row and the previous game ending in a tie. But he doesn't know when to stop beserking...it's better to get some points than no points at all. If he had more time he would've won that game.
18:07 looking at games I lose, that made me a little mad, usually goes fine, when I see what I did wrong. If it's an obvious blunder it'll less "GOD DAMNIT" and more "Oh, silly me"
Okay...just gonna say I thought it was disrespectful of your second opponent to offer a draw near the end, when they were clearly down both position and material. Bad form...
Most chess players pay their own bills (with a lot of struggle, occasionally needing another job). In Eric's case he's an IM and a popular streamer, so he makes enough to pay his bills by playing tournaments and streaming. He used to be a teacher at St. Louis too.

Thanks for everything You upload here for us. You're awesome guy Eric, thanks for... being here
at 1:20:25 where rook e8 to e3. wouldn't queen f2 into g2 be mate? I know you were under pressure, I'm just wondering because I'm not that good
yup that was mate! Well spotted. Hard to realize that the rook blocked the queen's defense under time pressure
Oh no my sleep schedule
46:35 was a sick stalemate to find in such a short time
Against a cheater too, cheater probably took over when they tried to consolidate
1:20:25 Missed Qxf2!
58:23 "uh this a nice fucking move"
Holy smokes this clip has been on my watch list for a long time and I finally finished it today: just gonna say the ending of this was completely epic and worth it.
"The dust is settling here -- wow, no, dust is flowing on my face" cracked me up. Keep up the good work Eric and thanks for all the content!
@1:20:25 Eric missed mat in 1? 40. ... Qxf2
ah chat says the same after the game
Hi Eric, thanks for this video. I really like it - I have so much fun by watching it. Epic Gambits and positions.
New Rosen Trophy: Get 5 tournament points for a game you didn't win
Amazing stalemate
Just commenting because it helps you. Thank you for the awesome content, never change!
1:44:12 I got really confused here, couldn't you just defend with Qb1?
Yeah.. also Qb2 just wins the pawn with check.. but it's easier said than done..lol
Longer videos take a while but I eventually get through them. Congrats on 600k
😂😂😂 the stalemates always kill me
I just finished watching the whole 💯 and I must say I really loved it 💯
really enjoyable, thanks for the show.
2:26:37 why not take the queen?
3:26:19 Eric hangs bishop. Opponent misses it and so does opponent. Around the same time, opponent hangs bishop, Eric misses it. Even trade.

1:44:10 Qb1 stops the pawn. I'm 1535, so proud of myself!
Yeah.. also Qb2 just wins the pawn with check.. but it's easier said than done..lol
Eric: "Ok six, six, six lucky number" That actually made me laugh for someone so humble. 32:25
I'm trying to visualize a blitz tournament using 2400-baud modems ...
And character-only CRT's ...
And no mouse--only keyboard controls ...
The best way to start with a Stafford
Hi Eric, would you try out the Polar Bear system sometime? it'd do my day!
watching 1h 15 in ....your pretty on fire....love the lucid moves
Finally I completed the full stream.. Feeling happy..🕺🕺
Is it just me, or does the London system look like a Queen's Gambit Declined Reversed with an escaped bad bishop?
46:42 EVIL trickery! :) :) :)

Shout out to me, it took some time but I made it through!
46:34
Berserking will continue until morale improves.

8:46 After ... Rd8, Eric played Nxd7 but Rd1 was better, winning a piece.
The finish ❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨🔥🔥🔥🎉👑
1:59:54 three sets of isolated doubled pawns... yuck

Game 2... "Opponent offers a draw". A few moments later... "Opponent Checkmated!"
1:20:25 am I missing something, or is this just a missed mate in 2 with ...Qxf6 Kh1 Qg/h7#
Oh wait nvm chat found it too lol
3:35:48 thx for the shout-out
I cant stop losing just dropped 300 ELO 🤣
>gambit god
That game's absolutely hilarious lmao.
Funny to the last moment (e.g. There‘s still people joining in the last two seconds to the tournament 😂)!
Oh Dear, Rosen cant stop winning!!
Make them feel the Bern!
Another comment mentioned Mittens, but yours is the best so far.
Wildbeast is 666, huh? Illuminati confirmed.
Oh no, my exams!
Okay...just gonna say I thought it was disrespectful of your second opponent to offer a draw near the end, when they were clearly down both position and material. Bad form...
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take
no offense but I only watch your videos (especially those long ones like this) just to sleep. I mean, you've got a calm voice no cap
Oh no, my next three hours!
Time scramble chess isn't real chess, change my mind
P.... part 2? (*ಠ_ಠ;)
Oh no my sleep
51:56 😂
i went through thre whole thing haha
That guy talking about prime numbers was a huge nerd.
On top of the regular extra point you get for a berserk win, you should get an extra extra point if your opponent doesn't berserk back.
osiris risen
I've never seen anyone play so badly and yet win so much as Eric "I'm gambiting my whole queenside"
Erick lost this one

Quack

Eric's net rating change from this event: *-53* (2554 - 2501)
Imagine having the time to play a game for 24-hours must be nice not having a job living with your parents stop worrying about bills to pay
Oh look, a sad person

Eric provides all this awesome free content and that’s all you’ve got to say smh
Finally made it to the end. Now I can go back to getting work done 🦥
