I tested my 220v AC drill and grinder also from 12v DC car battery and it works ofc - collector motor has no matter AC or DC - only voltage, but it runs with less power from 12v ofc...
is there any _easy way_ to run 220v AC drill/grinder from 12v DC car battery (with less changes as possible) at max power?
if it is a universal motor,
u have to just bypass the
wires, so the coil adds more torque,
and then,run to a 24V

Where do you order those blue PVC sheets from? I couldn't find them anywhere or I'm using the wrong search criteria.
People says that he uses pvc pipes that he cuts, heats up and flatten out, but it would make more sense to have sheets...

Yeah it's correct but maybe that kind of motor uses solenoid also in the stator so the current Is less but maybe current only of the rotor Is the same.
A thing that he Need to do Is to grow the voltage because Is designed for 220V rms

What kind of glue is that? When I tried to glue the panels down. The magnets just ripped them off like nothing was there and it laughed at me the more frustrated I got.
Probably something like Loctite . It exist in Kaufland and it's good for plastic . I don't know about on what kind of plastic,but at me ,it work . Sure,this isn't Loctite .

What is the max no. Of V supply it can take?
probably 220v if its rated for 220v but if the cooling fan is removed probably 100v safe power

It need to touch to supply the armature windings
No contact between magnets and rotor. But they should be in close gap without touching.
It is consuming high current...brushes will not last long
