It's perspective. As you get older each year is a smaller percentage of the life you've already lived, so it seems quicker. For example, when you turned five the previous year was 20% of your life, but when you turn 50 the previous year is only 2% of your life.

It's true that people can see slightly different hues of the same color (ex. one may see a slightly lighter shade of green than the other) but one cannot see "red" while another sees "blue" unless one had a form of color-blindness or was taught to call "red", "blue". This is because we see different colors at different wavelengths in the visible light spectrum; for example, purple is 400 to 450 nm while red is 650 to 700 nm. So yes, it's likely that different people will see a color in slightly different shades, but seeing the same wavelength at two colors on opposite ends of the visible light spectrum is highly unlikely.

That's not how it works. You're just proving my point. We all call black the same thing just because since we were young people pointed at it and said, "that's black!" But some people can see it lighter and others can see it darker.
Saying "it's black" doesn't prove that you're seeing the same color.
