ya the one I watched before this she muted the survivor to talk while he was talking then went on for 10 minutes about herself lol. its like ya you do not care you want them here to boost your image not here the story
The cop that pulled their gun was a woman named Captain Kathy N. Mazza one of two female police officers who died on 9/11. God rest her soul. She was just so amazing from the stories I’ve heard about her. Thank you for sharing your story sir! I’m so glad you are still here! ❤
What a beautiful gem this man is. If he had a podcast, I'd tune in for his insight, wise reminders, and humor. God bless you, sir. I pray for your body to be completely delivered and set free from your diagnosis. Amen.
What an amazing man and hero. Than you for sharing your story. I’m so sorry for what you’ve seen and endured. It’s incredible that you’ve seen what you’ve seen and you can still even function. And not only function but thrive 🙏🏻
A great narrator, exactly how you imagine a tough street wise detective in New York. His positive attitude and humor are infectious, a great credit to him, in my opinion cathartic in his recovery. In such a sad, tragic situation it is a beacon of bright light. Well done former, 2nd Class Detective Goldstein, Inspirational. I hope the readings stay at 15 and just smolder, please continue to live a fulfilling life, possibly find a new wife :) PS continue NOT TO TAKE BULLSHIT FROM ANYONE.
Mr. Goldstein is amazing! What a guy. A hero. I could listen to him speak forever. He is so open and honest. Bless him for his tireless work as a first responder. We will never forget those we lost on 9/11, or the victims left behind to pick up the pieces for the rest of their lives. 🙏🏻🇺🇲
I love this guy!! Dear Sir you are a hero and thank God you were spared. Living through 9/11 and working on "the pile" for so long and what you saw, and having the outlook you exude today is very heartwarming. Your old job drilling those holes and sneak peaking must've been hairy, but it sounds so interesting. I'm glad you're where you want to be in your career, I pray that your smoldering myeloma stays the same. Bless you Mr. Goldstein, you're a breath of fresh air!
Hilarious? Storytelling? He is not telling the truth. His story has too much unecessary detail, rambles into completely areas that need not be discussed and doesnt pass the sniff test. At all.
Sending prayers, Mr. Goldstein. I hope you have worked through any survivor’s guilt. The only people deserving of any guilt in this horror are the deranged perpetrators. God Bless you, all survivors and those that were senselessly lost and their loved ones. And GOD BLESS AMERICA. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Stuart, you’re a great story teller. What a great attitude! You went through terrible times on and after 9/11, you survived, and you’re thriving. It’s really good to hear! I hope your myeloma stays in the smolder stage! Shelli and crew, I now have seen several of your documentaries. They are incredibly well done! Shelli, you’re a skilled, respectful interviewer! Love your voice! Thank you for this series of interviews!
Thank you for telling us about your life Stuart. You are a sweetheart or so it seems. I wish you all the best including great health, joy and a forever loving relationship with your children. Thank you for your service.
What a truly awesome man! Wishing the best things in the world to you. May you always be safe and happy. Thank you for all you do. The way you narrated your story was so interesting. You didn’t lose my attention for a moment which is rare with most people!
I must have listened to every story of survivirs out there. Not all have a gift for telling such a traumatic event . Only a few really take you there. Its so important to keep the story alive . Never before have we had personal accounts with a historical event. My children now 33 28 and 17 have watched them with me . I want them to know what happened that day. I was younger than my oldest when it happened. I will never forget my middle child then 5 . She looked up and said momma why do they hate us so much ? I hugged her but i couldn't answer. How could I??
@@susuho675 And the same God allowed thousands of people to live that day and gave courage to those who helped rescue others without regard for their own lives.
What an amazing clear view on his own situation and life in the broad sense. Mister Goldstein would most likely be a guy I would only have met if I would have found myself in an emergency situation in Manhattan. Having worked and lived right underneath the Towers directly above Ladder ten on Liberty during those years - nòt unthinkable ,( but luck had it I had returned to Europe ( home ) right before Sept. 11th. ) Stuarts' story helps bringing that terrifying surreal day into a more understandable and human perspective/ as the hood he was stumbling about was my neighborhood during those years.. His story gives the term "Ground Zero" the meaning I hope it will give to many others ; and that of a New beginning. wether it's life after a divorce , a life left to be lived after god knows what , or a life after the towers came down.. Here is a typical New Yorker - ( as a compliment ) - with the best attitude towards life - sharing a turnaround to be proud of. Thank you for sharing your story, your strength and healthy perspective . After having witnessed so much carnage and loss , the smile that appears on his face telling he's a happy guy is one of radiating deepgoing beauty ,and humbling to say the least. what an inspiration.
So so sad. Ive been watching all these stories the last three days until like 5 in morning scared and sad . I was 20 yrs old when all this happened but on west coast. Thank God. But so so 😥
Me too. Every year this time I binge watch these accounts. I lived close enough that the smoke and dust affected us. Still can't believe this happened.. the day the world changed.
Good on you mate! I do not want (uranium...?) cancer or pneumonia transfer either! Stay healthy and strong to SURVIVE all the unbelievable crap of "...not a life..." others only give you!!! That is what i am trying to survive from on the ugly anniversary of a disease! It is a beautiful day today it better stop all the crap! Awful and shocking!!!! Stay safe!
