@@Metal-Possum It's in case something hits the pantographs and breaks them off. If the front one is hit it could break the back one off too but if the front is lowered and the back is raised this wouldn't happen.

Danke für die Bilder! :) In 0:22 sieht es so aus, als würde sich die Lok in der "normalen" Kurve ein wenig quälen... Auch fährt sie ein bisschen langsam. Wie sieht`s denn so mit der Zugkraft im Vergleich zu anderen Modellen aus? Da könnten die größeren Räder von Vorteil sein, oder? Und lässt sich die Lok (der neue Motor) tatsächlich nicht vernünftig mit der Zugfernsteuerung ansteuern? (Also nur via Handy?)
Die Waggons sollte Lego auch an bieten, würden sich verkaufen wie geschnitten Brot! ;D Die Modifikation werde ich dann auch versuchen umzusetzen, sieht einfach realistischer aus als diese riesigen Lücken.
