Absolutely love how the bedroom is still so airy and bright with no natural light, also looks so cozy and homey! Beautiful use of the space, the Sq footage seems small but the space appears so bright and large!
Finding that beautiful bench that exactly fits under your keyboard was nothing short of a miracle!! I would love to know what you used to hang the art on your tiled kitchen backsplash, especially the thick gold frame. I'm sure many of us would also like to know more specifics about those buit-in selfie lights in your dressing area! I laughed so hard when you said you are the master of measuring and you measure everything out to a half inch. My late father was a surgeon and he was very precise. When my parents built the house I now live in, they were downsizing but it was important to them to fit as many of their important pieces into the house as possible, and my dad did the exact same thing you did. He measured every piece of furniture, art and lighting, then placed where every piece of furniture would go, where every light fixture would hang, and where every mirror and piece of art would go on the walls, and he drew it all out to scale on graph paper. It was actually important information for the builder because where lighting fixtures would hang were not necessarily where the builder would have placed them. For example, two matching crystal chandeliers migrated from a previous living room to the dining room, and he measured exactly where the electrical wiring would need to be placed in the ceiling to set them equidistant from the center point of the also-measured dining table (which was placed so that it was centered in front of the also-measured large breakfront). So you're not alone! 🤣😂🤣

The blue cabinets make the kitchen pop, and the light pink bedroom is not overpowering.

Agree. The piano and TV are completely throwing me off, maybe it’s the black in an otherwise neutral space. But I love the couch and fireplace.
