You need to do good research about skills required for your dream job. In some cases degree might be required but for some uou might need to explore LinkedIn and youtube more thoroughly! A generalized answer for uou question doesn’t exist!

If you have experience of 3 years so you can go for masters its always help you. PR is possible but its take time. with you experience you can get a high paying job in Canada. No bro. In university you require a masters degree or PHD in your own domain but colleges accept your industry experience. I was a part time professor at a college and they offered me a job based upon my industry experience and skills.
