Just picked this game up today and really haven't dived into it yet. Just found out thanks to this video I can play it solo and now I have a chance to actually play this game when my friends are all busy. So hyped to play now!
Crick120 Thanks yeah this is a great game with others and solo. These days I tend to buy games that also have a good solo option like this one. Sometimes it's hard to get everyone together so I am glad more and more games are doing this.
Hey Anthony, I'm really enjoying the video! Thanks for putting in the time and the effort. Just to point out something in case you haven't noticed yet: The superprojects are always revealed at the current era +1. So on the first era you will have 2 superprojects revealed, the 2nd era 3, and so on. I think this is so you can plan ahead to grab a superproject since they're quite hard to build.

No problem, I am glad you found it helpful! It is a bigger more complex game but the more you play the better and better you will get. It is still one of my most favorite games in my collection and one of the more elegant solo modes I have seen in a game this big.
I looked into this before when I first got the game and the answer I found was that they were included as an alternative to the cubes. They do have a different texture and could be helpful when playing with colorblind players.

Thanks! For those larger sleeves I am using Fantasy Flight Sleeves (orange package). They are called tarot board game size (70mm x 120mm) which is the exact size needed for the large cards in Elder Sign board game. For this game they are a little long but I cut them down using a trimmer that is used for scrapbooking but you could use a scissors if your careful.
I noticed a smudge on the bottom of your reference card. I only point this out because I had a couple cards that had smudges like that and thought it was something I did. I see now that it was not.
Yeah it does have that. I noticed it when I got the game too. I thought it was an imperfection at first but it could also be part of the art background. I think there is one near the top as well.
Very good tutorial. Clear explanations and good recap on some trickier part (for example, the time travel). Part 2 here I come.

i just laid hands on a copy and played 4 games in 4 days. It is super great.
