Bougie, thank you so much for covering this trial. I am grateful that the victim and the family will get some measure of justice. IMHO she got off light because I feel that she was under charged. But I am glad that she did not get away with it.
It’s possible they could have gotten premeditated murder 1 but it was risky- she’s facing 30 years and for her she may die in prison. Everyone doesn’t make it to 90.
