- During my second trip to India in November of 2018, I had the time of my life exploring the cities of Pune, Hyderabad, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad (and a brief stint in Mumbai) with my good friend Sam from Samuel & Audrey. I ate over 200 incredible Indian street food dishes in the three weeks I spent there, and I want to share all of the delicious goodness with you right here!

I absolutely love all the flavors of the various regional dishes of India. It's the only type of food that makes being a vegan very delicious and natural, so many bold flavors don't even miss meat.

You should come to north india (Himachal Pradesh) once and try dham. I'm sure you're going to love it.

@@namasteyssc Dham is a traditional food cooked on festive occasions in Himachal Pradesh. It is made by "botis" (people who cook dham) . Dham usually consists of special dishes ( plain aromatic rice, different types of pulses or dal , khatta, madra, curry and dessert). It is served in leafy plates . A/C to me the most tasty dham (including the dessert ,which over there is sweet rice,is one of my favorites)is Kangri dham which is made in district Kangra. Dham differs in every region of the state.
