Could you theoretically blend produce with a vitamix and use a similar process with a hydrualic press and cheese cloth? I suppose you'd have to get a piece of stainless steel or something fabricated that would flow the crushed produce liquid out like the pure does. Could be a nice DIY pure option.
While you could do that, I do not recommend blending traditionally without a vacuum, as it oxidizes nutrition too much, and creates a very low quality juice. See th-cam.com/video/TI1aV0hSkE8/w-d-xo.html. You can vacuum juice, see th-cam.com/video/eEPQ8tuPQV4/w-d-xo.html
That is an excellent deal and a great review, as always. I've got to love Gerson; I've read many books, listened to the daughter, and viewed plenty of their fabulous tutorials. I bought the Nama J2 and the Tribest Jumbo Twin Gear a few months ago. I used both depending on what I was juicing. I have seriously thought about buying the Pure. This deal would cause me to purchase it sooner, and I will use your link.

if you already have a juicer get the Welles press that squeezes the last drop from your pulp with a hydraulic jack. I have one but mostly just I run the pulp through my juicer again to save time.
John, yes the Pure is outstanding against the cheap model but complete the test with the Nama C or J, or Kuvings just like to see the yield difference.
I have already made videos comparing the Pure vs the Nama J2 (results in the c2 would be similar): th-cam.com/video/r9Bmb85ycOQ/w-d-xo.html In this video, I compare the Pure vs the Kuvings Slow Juicer and a High Speed Juicer th-cam.com/video/0tKk27w3pdw/w-d-xo.html
Honestly, It's rare I use my pure juicer. It does sit out on my counter year-round where-as most of my juicers sit on a shelf. Each blade has their own set of pros and cons, so it really depends what you are grinding up. I personally prefer the serrated blade because it is more versatile.
hi john i love you mate you are such an inspiration i’ve learned so much off you over the years,i need to tell you that my method is now 1-carrots through sana supreme, 2-then mix carrot pulp and carrot juice mixed with chopped apples celery spinach etc all into the kuvings sv 500 vacuum blender 3-then finally i put all the mix out of the blender into some pure juicer press cloths and then press with my hydraulic bottle jack vigo fruit press and man it makes so much lovely juice, best method i’ve used after using over 10 different juicers, what do you think of that?
yes slow speed on the carrots,i tried the whole process today with my vitamix, didn’t go all out on the blend stage and it was nice but when i vacuumed some to store for later it had a big head of foam on the top, whereas when i use the sv500 there’s none,i live in the uk and you have taught me so much over the last 10 yrs,i just want you to know that your doing really good work making all your brilliant videos, thanks nathan liverpool uk
I only used the goodnature at a trade show once. I would prefer the pure because 1) it costs less 2) has a longer warranty and 3) has more pressing power, as it is hydraulic and not powered by air pressure.
They are really expensive. I hope to compare the pure to the good nature one day. The low end ones use air instead of hydraulics, which does not get as much pressing power.
I've mirrored the results from the PURE competing with the old Champion/Welles press, and the old method produces higher yield. PURE is less effort, but not better results.

Love your videos John, but did your editors speed up your voice content? It is actually a bit anxiety-forming. I would strongly recommend you do not do this in upcoming videos - I cannot speak for everyone, but I enjoy the normal tone/speed of your videos - we can all easily speed up any of the videos - but to have to listen to this at this unnecessary speed doesn't make any sense?
I love John but I do agree lately it's been hard for me to keep up with what he is saying sometimes hard to understand I've felt this way for the past 6 months
I have confirmed my editor did not speed up my voice in this episode. I do tend to talk rather fast. Especially when I feel there is so much information I want to pack into every episode in a short time! I encourage you to click the SPOKE in the video, and you can SLOW down or SPEED UP my video, you can listen to me as slow as 1/2 speed or speed it up to 2x speed if people have less time.

I love my Pure Juicer. Soooo easy to clean.

I definitely will watch because I have vitamix

In the same boat. I just bought my Nami J2 about a month ago but have always wanted this but the price is the issue
Wow I want the pure juicer. 😮 I’m new to this, I just purchased the magic bullet.
You are so funny, crushing the competition
Well done, John!. Instead of "Will it blend?", this is "Will it crush?". Great episode, as always.

I wish this was much affordable, I have the Nami J2 juicer now and I can that this would blow it out of the water!! This is the dream juicer for me
Hydraulic press juicers needn't be pricy
if you already have a juicer get the Welles press that squeezes the last drop from your pulp with a hydraulic jack. I have one but mostly just I run the pulp through my juicer again to save time.
J2 seems like a more convenient juicer to use on the daily. This one seems like too much work
This video is the epitome of edutainment!
I strive to educate and keep things fun! So Thanks!

Hi John
Are you starting to use your pure juicer more m. Also which blade would you recommend to get the straight or serrated?
Honestly, It's rare I use my pure juicer. It does sit out on my counter year-round where-as most of my juicers sit on a shelf. Each blade has their own set of pros and cons, so it really depends what you are grinding up. I personally prefer the serrated blade because it is more versatile.
hi john i love you mate you are such an inspiration i’ve learned so much off you over the years,i need to tell you that my method is now
1-carrots through sana supreme,
2-then mix carrot pulp and carrot juice mixed with chopped apples celery spinach etc all into the kuvings sv 500 vacuum blender
3-then finally i put all the mix out of the blender into some pure juicer press cloths and then press with my hydraulic bottle jack vigo fruit press and man it makes so much lovely juice, best method i’ve used after using over 10 different juicers, what do you think of that?
I would guess you are juicing the carrots at 40 rpm in the Sana 727 ? That is a pretty darn good way to make juice. Just takes a bit of time. :)
yes slow speed on the carrots,i tried the whole process today with my vitamix, didn’t go all out on the blend stage and it was nice but when i vacuumed some to store for later it had a big head of foam on the top, whereas when i use the sv500 there’s none,i live in the uk and you have taught me so much over the last 10 yrs,i just want you to know that your doing really good work making all your brilliant videos, thanks

Is the Kuvings cb1000 still your most recommended vacuum blender? (e.g. if I were to buy one this month)
I can say that I personally use the CB1000 in my kitchen as my go-to vacuum blender. Each Vacuum blender has its own set of pros and cons.
Can you do a comparison for the pure vs the Dynapro?
Already did that video :) see th-cam.com/video/eEPQ8tuPQV4/w-d-xo.html
Wow can’t wait until mine gets here literally got 2 cups from pulp alone
The Welles Juicer also Hydraulic under $300
If you’re cheap like me.
Hey John. Would you say the Goodnature M1 or X1 mini are better than the Pure Juicer?
I only used the goodnature at a trade show once. I would prefer the pure because 1) it costs less 2) has a longer warranty and 3) has more pressing power, as it is hydraulic and not powered by air pressure.
I really wanna see the pure cold press juicing pomegranates
Great salesman
I wanna see a pure vs nama showdown :D
I have already made that video at th-cam.com/video/r9Bmb85ycOQ/w-d-xo.html
Any reason you haven't did any reviews on the good nature juicers...
They are really expensive. I hope to compare the pure to the good nature one day. The low end ones use air instead of hydraulics, which does not get as much pressing power.
But, we can eat the bulb, plus fiber is good for us.
John Why didn't you put the Pure Juicer up against the Nama juicer? That is what we want to see not some cheap juicer!!!
I have already made that video at th-cam.com/video/r9Bmb85ycOQ/w-d-xo.html

😅the champions kick ass.
I think you dyeing you hair John :-)
I don't use any hair dyes :) I drink homegrown & organic mineral rich and antioxidant rich juices and foods, which are anti-aging :)
Blend your long live iphone :D
You should have tested this against the Omega line or the Nama line. Please don't waste our time with junk to begin with.

John is simply evolving into a more efficient being. You will need to juice more greens to keep up with him.
