For people like me who work in academic research, I can't think of anything that I'd need Windows for. Frankly the Unix environment just makes life much easier with all the programming. Meanwhile a Mac lets me do the one thing I sometimes need that I can't do on Linux, and that's run MS Office (I'd much prefer LaTeX, but it's not up to me, and our documents are usually so complex that they do not survive the transition to LibreOffice). So I'm very glad a Mac is on that list.
What a mess this list is. You mention price, power and noise but to do this properly you need separate lists for each of those uses. For example, if I don’t care about GPU and want a cheap well-built low power mini PC the list will be completely different to if I want to game or do editing and don’t care about noise or budget. The NUC 12 extreme is not a mini PC. You included the N13 extreme, are you on crack?
Digital art question. can anyone please let me know which one of these would be good for digital art (no god tier and average price) ? Would be using a 16in pen display and using Clip Studio, and Corel Painter. Thank you in advance :)
1. Lenovo: I agree, although I would add a lot more memory. I have one with 32GB of memory, and a very old i7, and it kicks butt (for home/business purposes)! I would rate it Good. 16. Geekom. I have an A8, and it kicks butt... but not ANY butt. I would rate it Great, not God tier. I would move most down one tier, except the Mac Studio. Also, the Mac Mini M2, make that shit good, not God tier!
After this guy put Minisforum PC (known for often dying and buggy hardware with shitty support that abandons BIOS upgrades in less than a year after release) at the "great" tier at 1:00, I stopped watching. 👎 I rate this expert as "trash" tier. 🤣
What kind of "Best tier list" this is? You picked up for example Minisforum UM690S but not the better and faster models like UM790 Pro, UM890 Pro and AtomMan models.

Bro, many of these links take me to tower & All-In-One PCs
This TH-camr has 0 idea of what he's talking about.
Puts Mac, which is not a PC, in God tier in a list of *checks notes* mini PCs
PC means Personal Computer, One is Mac workstation and other is Windows 😅

@@AnirbanGhosh-p8l Apple ran a "Mac vs PC" ad campaign for years that specifically delineated Mac from PC.
Umm? Why not mention the prices as you’re giving the rankings? Maybe people buying things want to know the price?
Says he would start at God Tier
*Starts at Great Tier
In short - all computers "Great Tier", but the more expensive ones are better, the analytics you deserve.
That’s just an apple fanboy move😑
Where is the NUC 14 Pro ?

You missed the Minisforum MS-01. More power than any on your list, great I/O
Apple fanboy! This list is not for 2024. Where is the HP PRo Mini 400 G9 which has HDMI2.1 for the home theatre people? Take my downvote.
Digital art question.

you missed the minisforum NAB9

i think that some of the mentioned machines are too big to be considered as a mini pc.
usff != sff
2023?
No sound
HE has no idea lol
This is crap. The links point to different items than advertised.
Did you really rank iGPU PC better than Dedicated GPU pc ? 😂😂😂😂😂
Intel nuc 12 extreme
So he's just an apple fan.
Mac sucks actually bottom of this list..Could you please correct this.. I still wonder why people advocate apple crap???
Nope i disagree, i hated Apple but the M2 Mac mini is great does what i need to to do with little noise, though i hate iPhones
Maybe because despite Apple being a terrible company the Mac mini are actually decent little machines?
I agree.
You're just pissed that after all this time you still can't put your crappy apps in the Apple Store or steal user information from Apple devices.
@@simquinoa2030 no, macs are crap and you cannot do anything with them
