Oh I'm so happy to have found you!! I love how you teach and explain every aspect of what you're doing. This is what I was hoping to find. Someone who uses my kind of words and doesn't get into so much fancy stuff. You're a great teacher, please don't change anything about how you paint, explain or demonstrate!! Thanks so much for your time and effort, you go girl!!

@@LaurasBeatingArt Hi Laura, again - thank you so much for sharing your entire process. You have no idea how much I need that. “Well, that lives there now.” Is one of my go to phrases… almost as much as Bob Ross’ “Happy little accident.” I’m just getting back into painting after many years. My perfectionist tendencies have gotten in the way of any creativity. You’ve helped me immensely and I am grateful. Happy Thanksgiving:)

Simply outstanding Laura. I'd like to have an attempt at it.
I'm going to grab some brushes in. 3 mops in different sizes (maybe a couple more for clean backups)
A long thin rigger type brush and a brush similar like you applied the yellow with.
Would you say that's enough to achieve similar results hopefully?
Had a quick look at your other uploads. Your channel is awesome. Happy to sub :)
Edit - looking at it again I notice you sit the brushes used. I can't quite tell whats there exactly but it's more than I've listed above 🤣

I’m attempting to use your techniques for inspiration, but failing miserably 🥲 id like to think I’m a lil above an intermediate-skill painter, but I can’t seem to get the painting to lay flat/smooth/nicely blended. Do you think it’s all in the paintbrush or is it the paint? I’m using similar brushes but not exact.
Everytime you say “don’t overthink it” I sigh to myself and say “I know I know” 😅 maybe I’m just trying too hard.
I alsoI hate that my brush strokes are more obvious when reflecting off the lights in my house.. ugh. Anyway, You are extremely talented and inspire me so much!
