Been saying that for months, we need someone in the building with real tactical knowledge and experience. Do I think Skubala needs to go, no, he's got potential, but we've looked tactically naive numerous times, suicidal tactics even. My fear is the club do nothing, the fans turn (and its not that far away), the loses continue, the club panic and out he goes. As much as I think the current coaching team, despite their age are excellent coaches, we really do lack the tactical knowledge and "dark arts" of football.
But he was recruited for and is no doubt paid for the top job. He was not brought in as a fitness coach or skills coach but as Head Coach. He is not supposed to be an apprentice learning on the job.

We made 7 changes and looked abit disjointed but still won comfortably. The ref was awful and it never was a penalty.
Lincoln very good team in both games we have played this season.

his interviews are dross...we never play for 90 minutes and the pressure is building
I'm sorry but conceding 1st minute is not a thing for a club like Lincoln but not shocked we lost pretty obvious
