Your pullups were text book opposite to what is required to perform effective pullups. Far too much lower body pushing to get over the bar. When your legs should be pointed directly toward the ground with little to no movement from them. All effort coming from the upper body. When done correctly, the pullup is an amazing and of course very challenging exercise.
@@maxxsstrengthandpowerlifti188 lol what a troll comment... Keep at it, "cheating" when you cant fully perform the movement due to lack of strength / fatigue is totally OK. I would even go as far to say that cheating (towards the end of the set) is required to get over some pesky plateaus and gain strenght.
