Watched this so many times, I pretty much can't sleep without listening to the XFM shows! I've animated some Karl Pilkington clips on my channel if you're interested (quite short and not professional but for those who want more KP animated content you might enjoy it) :)

This is true - I've actually seen the man with two knobs - honestly! It was on a British T.V. show about 12 year's ago. I remember because we were discussing it at work. My best friend Elaine hadn't seen the show, so I was telling her about it. Then our boss Bernie came up and said she'd just realised she'd done the same paperwork twice. I said " Never mind, double done is twice the fun" Quick as a flash, Elaine replied " like that guy in Peru!"
